Great space and location. Bed is super comfortable. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced. You can’t sit on it because it is broken and dumps you off.

The location was good for what we were looking for. Clean and good parking, if you rented a vehicle (we didn’t). The place was nice, BUT the couch was the size of a love seat and BROKEN. Sitting on it was horrible! Well ya really couldn’t sit on it. The balcony small, the pool was good.

The pool is WAY down at the end in the stand alone complex (not by the fitness room).The condo is closest to the “900” staircase section. So park close to that one.Bring wipes to clean all the bird poop off of the balcony furniture and railing/table.

Great location, very convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit. Loved the balcony facing the river while drinking my coffee. Beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed) and the property was very clean and well cared-for. Would definitely stay here again on my next Nashville trip.

EVERYTHING was perfect! This location is only 6 minutes from Broadway! This location has to be the coziest for a couple!! The decor inside is beautiful, and it felt like home away from home! We would definitely book here again. Any questions that I had were answered quickly from the owner.

We had a 4 night stay. We were unable to TURN ON THE HEAT for 3 of those nights. Communication with the "local team" was not as it should have been when we notified the "host" of the heat issue the morning after we arrived. They were to send someone out. It wasn't until 2 text messages & a phone call on the 3rd day before we had ANY communication/response to the heat issue which required a new thermostat. Then, the fridge quit cooling. Fan was replaced but it didn't matter. When we called on Monday morning, I stated to the call center that we should be compensated for the heat inconvenience. Not sure who to speak to about that request. We have stayed in this condo before, under previous ownership...this was very disappointing!!!!

A solid 4. The construction zone that is that area doesn't make you feel like you are in a neighbor immediately but if willing to walk 15 mins you can find some cuter areas. Set up on the apartment was basic but doable. Small little things like a pitcher to make cold water in the fridge or more than 1 ice cube tray would have been nice.

This property is so perfect!! we easily walked into town to the bars and restaurants! The view is outstanding overlooking the river and the place was very well maintained and had everything you need to enjoy your stay!! I don’t think I’ll ever book anywhere else when I come to Nashville!

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway during the day and low cost uber after dark. We had everything we needed. Comfortable king bed, decent, clean, space with privet porch and water views. I’d stay here again!

The condo was just as we expected and we liked that when we walked in the air was turned down so it was nice and cool on a hot day! We also loved the convenience of being able to walk where ever we wanted to go. Our only suggestions were a better description of location of things on the property like the pool and garbage. We really like the mirrors to get ready, but better lighting would help. And lastly the pullout bed wasn't super comfortable, so maybe making a mattress pad available would be nice. Would definitely stay here again though!!

We had so much fun it was a great walk to downtown and back. We felt safe and walked to the Mexican restaurant Locals a few night which is only a block away. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but the view and stay was great.

Location was good if you don't mind walking if headed to Broadway. Seating could be imporoved as couch is not comfortable for sitting. Sleeping on the pullout was fine, just sitting makes you slide forward. Very clean and well stocked.
