15 min to the Heart of Nash!

The room was very clean and well taken care of. The building was easy to find. The only concerns I had was the noise complaint as I was not informed that my room was a basement room next to a speakeasy club. Every night they had events and it was quite noisy in the building. The room also being in the basement meant that exposed sewage drain pipes ran through so anytime someone used the bathroom/wash hands/showered/etc. you heard all of the pipes running right over your head in the main room. Another concern I had was the exposed ceilings. The fire retardant was exposed and kept flaking off and falling into my stuff/food/the floor/the bed, etc. Overall the building was clean and comfortable, just some minor inconveniences while there.

This was an acceptable place to stay. Close to where I was working at and the drive was okay. Lots of amenities around so it’s in a spot. I was surprised but the amount of kitchenware provided. I had to buy a few things but other than that, I’ve seen rentals barely provide any kitchenware. Toiletries and bath items were pretty awesome. I’m glad that was provided and the washer/dryer worked great too. This was a good place to stay if you visit to Nashville required long weeks ahead. Here is where the ball was missed:A) WiFi - Absolutely horrendous. My hotspot provided better service. The router itself and the physical placement of that router impacts your ability to use a smart TV. Constant buffering and signal loss. A tech reset the router but my leisure and free time was just poisoned by this particular issue. Spend the money and upgrade to something stronger. The customer service was on point. No issue there. Very appreciative of the responses back. I went out of pocket and accrued expenses for using my hotspot to watch a simple football game…B) Cleaning - Checkout instructions were very detailed and on point. No issues with dropping of trash. However, when I’m cleaning as a guest and I find a half full soda underneath the bed… It’s very disappointing and discouraging that this place isn’t getting the cleaning attention it deserves. It’s still there. I didn’t touch it. WiFi and Cleaning are the cons I encountered. Everything else was great. Comfy and cozy.

It was a perfect location to visit my daughter & grandson in Nashville. So cute & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend to my friends & family!

Great place for 2 people to stay comfortably! Apartment is laid out well and furnished nicely. Love the more secluded location away from downtown but still a nice easy drive to anywhere we felt like going! Close to most of the neighborhoods and activities. Amenities provided such as detergent and soap and shampoos which was thoughtful and added another layer of comfort to our stay. Loved having a nice washer dryer to do laundry. Very happy with this stay!

The apartment was great for a week long stay. It had everything I needed to rest at the end of a day of training. There were small things that felt a little unfinished or imperfect with the floor and trim, but nothing that really took away from my stay. There were a few things that felt overlooked as far as cleaning, like the seats at the table not being wiped down, but again... Not really a problem. It's really conveniently located, with Trader Joes and Target right across the way, and tons of shops in waiting distance. Having the car parked right outside the door was super convenient as I was coming and going. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

If you're looking for a small place for a couple where you can sleep, watch some tv and get ready then this is the place. About a 15-20 min drive to downtown and LOTS of great places to eat right across the street. Older place but it was clean!

The location of this property is good but did have some issues with our stay. The people that live above the unit were extremely noisey. I reported the all night partying to the host and it did quiet them down some. The real issue is that every single foot step they take or any conversation can be heard clear as day through the ceiling. The bedroom light did not work as well as the outlets were so worn out that a charger couldn’t stay connected in them. I know other people have also said the exact same thing. Parking is a little tight so if you have a large vehicle it may make it tough to park. I know that this place is budget friendly but a few updates and or fixes could go a long way with this property

This place is lovely. We didn’t have heat and it was fixed the same day. We also reported that the bedroom lights (LED) would not fully turn on with the switch. However, three of the four lights were partially lit even when the switch was turned off. We did report that immediately because there was always a glow at night. This was never fixed. Just for those who need it to be dark to sleep.

We loved this spot! Nice and clean inside, with care-basket full cleaning supplies, ample kitchen supplies (all in good shape), comfy furniture and blankets. Convenient location with large shopping plaza right across the street, bus stop close by and lots of walkable spots, including access to the Greenway.
