Bigger than expected! This place was great for my family. We hiked in the mornings, cooled off in the afternoons inside then swam in the evenings at the pool.

Unfortunately, this unit did not meet our expectations. There’s no ice maker; the lower level floor is buckled throughout; a tv was broken; game table broken and unplayable; cob webs and dust throughout; bunk bed is so squeaky it is tough to sleep; showers and toilet were filthy. We stayed with a group of 15 others and their cabins were all much nicer. While it met our basic needs of sleep accommodations, it fell short on pretty much everything else. We’ve stayed in the area in other cabins on numerous occasions and this was by far the lowest grade on all aspects. I would encourage the owners of this unit to consider putting a little investment into this property to get it up to date and fully enjoyable for future guests.

We really enjoyed this resort - the pool was fantastic and well-kept, and it was very family friendly and felt safe and welcoming. The cabin itself was exactly as the pictures showed and everything was in working order. The host was very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. They were generous with the amount of household supplies they provided and the cupboards were well stocked with plates and utensils, but don’t expect more than salt and pepper for the kitchen. There were a couple small housekeeping items that we relayed to the owner - a queen sheet on a king bed, for example, but overall, it was a great experience and a nice place.

The host communicated with us super fast. We love the Smokies and will be back! The cabin was perfect for what we needed and the neighborhood was easy to access- no tiny windy roads up mountains. It was close enough to all the places we wanted to go but far enough away to not have to be in traffic every time we left. Super easy check in and checkout too- no long list of things to do like some of the other places we’ve stayed. Will definitely be back!

This place was perfect we traveled to Tn a few times but this place is perfect!!!! Only down fall which the owner did give a credit for is the hot was out of order waiting on part to be fixed last minute. Completely out of the control last min. But this is a great place to stay!!!!!!

Size of cabin, number of beds, and quality of bathrooms was great! If you have a party of more than six, I’d recommend bringing paper plates/bowls to help supplement the ones in the kitchen.

Overall is was a great stay, I wished there was cleaning stuff and a vacuum or even a broom available, so we could have cleaned the floors as we have little kids and I had spilled a small amount of water on the floor and when I wiped it up the paper towel was brown, so that was gross. Clean dishes that were put away had food leftover on them too. Overall it was wiped down, not really cleaned. I loved the paved roads and the quietness of the area. The pool was supposed to be opened on Memorial Day, which it wasn’t and that was a main reason we chose this place, for the pool. So that was unfortunate. Didn’t have any problems with neighbors or anything. Easy to check in and out. Nice location.

This was oyr firt family vacation, and it was perfect. Our cabin was a dream, my kids were very impressed as was I. Quite neighbors, easy access to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I do have to say the hosts really do stay in contact if touch if you happen to need anything.. 10/10 recommend!!

My family and I brought the kids for Spring break. When we arrived everything was so breathtaking at the cabin. It was clean and the same description from the advertisement of the cabin. Their favorite part was the hot tub. Any issue that we had, they reached out to me promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

My family and I spent an excellent weekend in this cabin, we really liked the place and they always answered all our questions, the only thing we didn't like was that there were a lot of ladybugs and insects in the windows of the house and it would be good to make a change to the kitchen pots because there were some burnt ones that left a bad taste in what we prepared.

With regard to the insects, these Asian beetles are common to the area, large in number and there is currently no way to get rid of them, unfortunately. And we will look into replacing the kitchen pots to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

The living room furniture was broken and would not recline. You can hear every foot step made on the second floor. The cabin needed a deep dusting. The tv in the bunk room wouldn’t ever work. The property was very nice. Approx 20 minutes from gatlinburg. Overall nice stay

We usually try to book a private house with as few neighbors as possible, but we went the other way with this one and it really paid off. The cabin resort was perfect for our family. They had a saltwater pool for my little swimmers, and a tennis/basketball court for my sports nuts. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Only one minor issue (the dryer stopped working on the first load and wasn’t fixed during our stay) and one minor complaint (the kitchen was completely bare of staples, which is fine, but I’m used to some spices and oils being available, so I was underprepared.). Overall, I would definitely book here again.
