The apartment was hard to locate because the instructions given were not clear , I was pretty bummed that the balcony was not usable hopefully they get that fixed soon. But besides that the place was very pretty, good location. Not too far from anywhere.

Great place to stay! Clean, very cute, roomy, beautiful kitchen, and giant TVs! However, the neighbors below partied all night.

Difficult to find, it's behind a pet hospital, liquor store and adult store. Its pet friendly so I am not sure if the people before us had a dog, but one of the bed was full of hair we had to pull the sheets off and wash them. Other than that the place was nice. They do need to fix the parking area the car port for D was severely damaged, I wouldnt dare park under it. So you cant park in the D spots and theres only 1 spot for C.

Everything was great, I had one issue with where to park, I texted the number and they responded right back and issue was resolved!! Also, it was pet friendly and I must say you could not tell that it was pet friendly! Very clean!!

The property was very old. There was a very foul smell in the house seems like mouse issues. The balcony was terrible, there was a sign saying do not go out in the balcony (patio) which wasn’t listed in the listing. Good thing is the property manager was very responsive and there were most of important amenities. We complained about the foul smell and they send a team to spray, but still the smell was persistent especially in the kitchen area. The other neighbors were quite noisy and you could hear them talking and shouting. Overall the property was very old, gloomy, and unhygienic.

Outside needs major work and cleaning Deck falling down above where the assigned parking is. See picsThere is only one assigned parking spot for unit C which is far too small for a vehicle bigger than a small compact car, the trash room opens into that singular parking spot. Spiders and spider webs everywhere, I’ve attached pics of what must be walked through just to get to the unit. Trash can area horrible, not kept up. Inside is decent, the freshly painted living area still has blue painters tape on the windows, the bedroom carpets need updated. Overall pretty clean and nicely updated, just needs a few more basic touches. We had a great time exploring Nashville but felt like just a few little things could have made the accommodations a bit better.

We had a fantastic stay here! It was a quick 2 night stay, but the place was perfect. Easy to access, very clean, super comfortable beds - overall a great stay. The location made it easy for us to get to and from Bridgestone Arena in about 15 min as well. Very happy with our stay, and if we were to return, we would consider staying here again.

Exactly as pictured. Lots of space. Super clean. Yes needs some cosmetic work outside, but I cared about the inside. No one bothered you, nice and quiet. Not really down an alley per se, more like going down a driveway to a parking spot. Had a power outage, communicated with host, very apologetic and jumped on it to resolve. Only lasted like an hr or so. AC was great I had to keep it at 71-72, I was cold . Balcony under construction, it’s ok would’ve used it only to hang clothes to dry, too hot out after being at baseball tournaments all day. Host are very responsive if you need anything. Can walk to a few amenities. Perfect spot, would stay again!

The property was as advertised. The management was very responsive when we didn’t have properly working AC during a heat wave and when the outdoor trash was full. The structure is old and in need of repair around the complex but the condo itself has been nicely updated for short term rentals. We felt the space was really perfect for our family of 4 and well equipped for our needs. HVAC not great but management was.

I stayed at this VRBO for a week while in town for school and it was a great home base. The unit was just as described—cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s about 15 miles from Nashville International Airport, around 7 miles from Broadway, and located in an area with plenty of restaurants and conveniences. There’s a Target right across the street and a Kroger grocery store just down the road, which made grabbing essentials super easy.Finding the correct building might be tricky if you don’t read the reviews beforehand (which I thankfully did). When facing the building, the door to this unit is all the way to the right. We initially walked up the wrong steps, but it wasn’t a big deal.Inside, the living room and kitchen felt light and inviting. There’s a huge TV in the living room, lots of space in the kitchen, and all the basics for cooking—including pots, pans, and a Keurig with a small assortment of pods for morning coffee. Both bedrooms were a decent size with comfortable mattresses, and each had its own TV, which was a nice bonus. There’s a small outdoor space outside, but it’s marked not to enter. I knew that when I booked, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Since I was mainly in town for school, I only used the unit for breakfast, dinner, and sleep—and it served that purpose perfectly.I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville who isn’t overly picky about accommodations. It’s simple, clean, well-located, and I would definitely stay here again.

Was for medical appointments at Vanderbilt Medical Center. It was very difficult to get a direct answer to questions I made into the downstairs unit availability. I had to be very blunt and request a yes/no answer, as the questions I received back on my question I had no way of answering because I had no insight beyond “within 6 months” but they wanted “specific dates” and I didn’t have. Very frustrating! Finally got the answer I wanted though!! So, overall, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and very comfortable! Thank you for the use of your unit!

Was challenging to find, but once we figured it out it was fine. Lots of retail and dining within walking distance. Without a vanity in the bathroom area could have used a shelf or table. Had to reach out 2 days prior to verify check in.

Clean property. Very roomy and not in a bad location at all. Uber got us quickly downtown to broadway. Check-in was super easy as well. Would stay again!

This two bedroom apartment was spotless clean and cozy. The large living room/kitchen was inviting and comfortable with a very large tv. TVs are in both bed rooms. The apartment has everything one needs, and is light and bright. It is perfectly located between downtown Nashville and the suburbs, easy access to both. There is a large shopping center across the street. Super convenient! The management of the apartment is very communicative and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this place and intend to stay there in the future. No complaints, all pluses!!
