Overall good stay! Check in was easy and host very communicative. Was very comfortable for our group of 5, and was in an ideal central location. Garage parking was a huge plus. A bit on the expensive side for what you get and the condition of the home, but we'd stay there again if the pricing was fair or a bit lower.

Beautiful place! Just as described in the listing, clean, tidy and exactly what we needed. A short 15 minute drive from downtown. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Responded to any questions in a timely manner and reached out to make sure we were settling in okay. Would highly recommend! 😊

Perfect for our girls weekend! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and full kitchen for making breakfast/lunch. The location is nice and quiet, its outside of town, but easily accessible by car or uber/lyft.

We stayed for 2 night and it was very easy to find and was clean, We enjoyed our stay. MY only issue I had was when I booked it showed pictures of queen beds in all the rooms and when we arrived it was furniture all in the garage which made it hard to park because we were in a large van. When I got inside one of the rooms changed the bed out to a bunk bed. Now yes the bottom bunk was a large bed and small on top but I feel like that is something we should have been notified about because when you have other people or couples traveling with you especially adults and someone has to sleep on a bunk not everyone is cool with that. The other issue I had was we couldn't find a few items that should have been available such as: I seen 2 iron boards in the house and no iron, we were there for the Stellar award weekend and was trying to get ready but the house had no iron available. We wanted to sweep up in kitchen before we left but couldn't find a broom. Other then that the house was great.

Not enough room in garage for both vehicles. There were too many no parking spaces. Needed more amenities for kitchen such as trash bags and more pans. The living area was very spacious although needed more furnitre to sit. Our guest had to sit in dining chairs. I had a very pleasant stay as well.

The host notified me of early check the morning of my arrival, but unfortunately I wasn't able to take advantage of it since I had a 3 hour drive, but I thought it was still cool to offer it. The house was clean and cozy. The only complaints I have is that there isn't any light outside and it's very dark at night, the car garage supposed to fit two cars, but not with all the extra items stored in the garage (although we only had one car) and we were under the impression that the home had 3 Queen beds, that is true, but they failed to mentioned that one of those beds is a bunk bed (very shocking), considering 3 grown women were expecting their own room and queen bed. Someone had a birthday party (young crowd) down the street in some condos and we noticed 3 cars were broken into later that night. Also, be prepared to walk up 31 steps daily to get to the 3rd level where two of the bedrooms are located. Other than that, overall my friends and I enjoyed and were satisfied with our stay.

The Grand Welcome Nashville was a fantastic airbnb. The location was perfect for us, just a quick 10 minute uber ride to broadway. The hosts were extremely attentive, very quick to respond to us and even left us a few recommendations of places to visit while we were in Nashville. Would definitely book here again.

We had a fantastic stay in the Grand Welcome home. We stayed there for Thanksgiving weekend. All five of us liked how spacious and homey the home is. My wife “loved” the kitchen. Everything was clean & well placed! We also appreciated the house had a garage that we could use. We highly recommend it. The best way to describe it is “FANTASTIC!”

We enjoyed our stay here. Short uber ride to airport, shopping and Broadway. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. The host was super prompt in all communications before and after our trip! The only thing that would have been nice would have been to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house. With a house full women we like to see how we look from head to toe!

This place was awesome. Great location close to downtown and with the three bedrooms, enough personal space for everyone. Upon check in, we had an issue with the door code so had to wait outside for a little bit, but we eventually received a new correct code and the everything else went smoothly. The option to pay 50 for 2pm check out was also well worth it. Overall, great place!
