Would've rated 5 stars but the start of a foundation on the backside of the property was a bit of an inconvenience for parking in the back. The house itself was clean and functional. There was a walking path around the foundation and side of the house from the front for rear entrance to the 2nd level. We would stay there again.

The condo was nice. The initial check-in email wasn’t sent so we didn’t have the code when we arrived.. however they responded quickly and got us into the condo. Unfortunately, it was the one below the one that we had reserved. Both king-size rooms were fine, but the spare bedroom with bunk bed was a metal frame and uncomfortable. The top bed bunk had a mattress that was the same size as the safety railing so not usable. No address label for B condo. Landscaping not finished so couldn’t get into the backyard easily to reach the front entrance. Sketchy Neighborhood and not close walk to downtown. Ubers were 50 bucks one way.

This rental is clearly owned by a company - I’d categorize it as ‘Used & Abused’. There are scuff marks on every single wall. Holes in some. Frames hanging that have obviously fallen multiple times as the frame is broken and dented. Toilet in the en suite is wobbly. Does NOT include basics in blue bins as it states. Simple things like scissors, salt, pepper, oil, wine bottle opener, are not even available. It is not walkable at night. A block from the projects as stated on Google maps. This is a second story rental and when the people on the 1st floor arrived home at 130am it sounded as if they were in our rental - SO LOUD! Could hear everything they were saying and screaming about. The place next door can see into the bedroom, as I was able to see them. Their lights also shine into the bedroom all night. Place was clean overall, bed and couch comfy. Seems pretty obvious no one has been in to inspect it and make touchups in a long time. Won’t stay again, especially for the price.

Unit is on 2nd floor which was not on listing detail. One parking space in alleyway, which is tight to maneuver in larger vehicles. Walkway from parking to front door is a gravel walkway so be prepared to carry luggage rather than roll. Unit was clean and management company was very responsive to any issues we had while staying. Unit needs some maintenance as furniture was broken and some windows could not close.

The place was decent but lacked kitchen items. The one bath drained very slow. You can easily hear the other people in the unit. And the worse thing is there was a furniture tack sticking straight up that someone stepped on and the management company refused to respond. I reached out 3-4 times and they kept telling me someone will respond. I sent pictures and the injury and they ignored us. I told them I was leaving it there so they can remove it for next guest but no response. I can’t stand poor customer service and why I’m sharing this review.
