In addition, you’ll find yourself adjacent to the gorgeous Thousand Hills Golf Resort where you can work on your swing while surrounded by the lush and remarkable scenery of the Ozarks. No matter if you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, on the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or pairing education with entertainment at the Aquarium, it’s all within easy reach.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!
• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
