Bring the boat along and head out for a full day on the waters of Bull Shoals Lake, exploring the bends and beaches of this winding waterway. In less than 20 minutes you can be at Branson Landing, putting you with easy reach of an abundance of shopping, dining, live music, and entertainment. Beyond the city proper as you make your way to the man-made wonder of Table Rock Lake, be sure to carve out some time for even more exciting adventures at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Silver Dollar City, and so much more. You don’t even have to leave the home to create memorable moments, however, as the fenced-in back yard includes an above ground pool with attached deck for hours spent splashing in the sparkling waters and lounging in the plentiful sun. As the day winds down, soak all your cares away in the bubbling hot tub while you sip on a refreshing beverage, afterward gathering around the firepit to toast up some scrumptious marshmallows under the glittering night sky.
Indoors, the open floor plan promotes connectivity and togetherness, with spaces designed to maximize both relaxation and entertainment. Unwind during your downtime in the living room on plush sofa seating while you stream episodes of your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. A gas fireplace will keep you warm and toasty in the cooler months, creating an ambiance for an immersive movie night. Steps away, whip up delicious homecooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen showcasing all black appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Snag a stool for 4 at the counter to snack on a spread of afternoon appetizers or gather together for more formal meals at the dining table with seating for 8.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and lakeview.
Bedroom #3 includes a full-over-full bunkbed and a smart TV.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Entry - Walk-up with steps (1 step only)
• Parking available for 4 vehicles – 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Boat parking is also available.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for 4 vehicles – 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Boat parking is also available.
• This home is equipped with a Ring camera monitoring the front door, garage, and exterior of the property.
• The Private pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Private Hot tub opens year-round.
• Pool, hot tub, and other facilities in the unit are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles on grass, as they will be towed. There is no parking for campers, and rv’s, on the property. There is room for 1 boat and trailer parking. This is a designated spot at the property.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
