In between your onsite exploration, make sure you plan a day or two for broader Branson exploration. Closest to you is thrilling Silver Dollar City, great for families and adrenaline seekers alike. As you make your way to downtown Branson, check out the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, just to name a few of many destinations. Between mini golf and the virtually unlimited options for dining and shopping, we could go on and on, but some things you just need to see for yourself!

With 5 bedrooms in each, these homes provide the ideal stay for several families or a large group, offering spaces for both privacy as well as connection. They’re the perfect peaceful retreats to relax and recharge at the beginning and end of each day. Newly remodeled, the modern interiors will put you at ease among the neutral color palette and chic, minimalist décor. Each living room features an L-shaped living room sofa, stylish chairs, and a smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. The open floor plans allow for a seamless blend with the bright and airy kitchens and dining rooms, offering up everything you need for preparing and enjoying delicious homecooked meals. Beautiful appliances, cabinets stocked with cookware and dining ware, and elegant dining room tables with seating for 8 combine both form and function. Should you prefer to take your meals al fresco, each home has a scenic back patio with outdoor seating for enjoying the fresh air and the surrounding landscape await.

Each of the 3 homes comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms, for a combined 42 guests and 15 bedrooms. The bedroom and bathroom layouts for each home are identical and as follows:

Bedroom #1 includes 2 full-over-full bunk beds.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 full beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The homes also include 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re dog-friendly (up to 15lbs). A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
• THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
• Please note that the capacity of the stove & amp; dishwasher within each of these units is smaller than that of standard-size appliances.
• Washer and dryer in each home.
• Lot parking available for a total of up to 12 vehicles – first come, first served.
• These are 2-story, walk-in units.
• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
