• Lot parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking pass will be issued at the front gate.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
