This property was perfect for our family Christmas gathering! We needed 5 bedrooms for 5 couples and the game room was perfect for two little ones. We loved the two living room areas and multiple TVs. Our favorite thing was having a dining table large enough for all of us to eat together. Perfect for playing games. There are so many “pros” about this property. The only negative is that it is a little awkward being out on the porch area when there are people out on the porch next door. There is little distance between the properties and there isn’t a fence or any barrier between the houses. Overall it was a wonderful place for our family! Highly recommend!

Each bedroom having their own full bathroom is a game changer. Everyone was so comfortable during our stay. The kitchen is stocked sufficient for basic cooking, but it's not fully stocked like an everyday household. Beautiful view of the river on both decks. Our only issue, there are two hot tubs very close that bookend this home. Neighbors were in one until 3am with music playing. It wasn't super loud, but it's about 10' from the downstairs bedroom wall so it kept us awake. This minor issue wouldn't keep us from booking again, because the bedroom/bathroom situation is so good with large families. Plenty of parking is an added bonus.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here. Perfect for family, love the table we can all gather around and plenty of comfy living room seating too!! All around the perfect spot, we are already planning next year!

We LOVED our stay. This was the first time in a while we went on a family vacation and the house was perfect. Host was super responsive and friendly. We had a hard time finding the right place because it was dark but they helped get us to the right door and answered questions VERY quickly. Highly recommend staying here! We are already planning our next stay.

The house made our trip spectacular. Our entire family only turned the TV on once the whole week. The Den was amazing, and the decks were outstanding. Had the rental company on text and access was great! My wife left her iPad and they found it and UPS’d it to us. Outstanding Job! Would love to return next year

We had 9 adults staying in this property ranging in age from 28 to 91. The bedrooms are set up perfectly and the beds are extremely comfortable. Not one complaint of a poor sleep. Everyone had their own space, bathroom and plenty of towels. The game room was a hit. The dining room table sat everyone comfortably. The living area set up and two decks were more than enough common space. We had each group take a day in the kitchen so it didn't get too crowded. We ate all of our meals at the house. We have communicated our suggestions directly to the management company. The only thing that we found difficult was waiting for the check in code which didn't show up until precisely 4pm. We had travelers of all ages coming in groups from various parts of Texas and nothing is worse than waiting around to get into a property after a long drive. You can't possibly judge travel time when you are coming from far away. It meant trying to communicate with the rest of our party last minute.

This property is amazing!! 5 complete king-sized bedrooms with their own bathrooms! And the kitchen, dining room table, TVs everywhere - this place would be great for a Sunday football day or multiple families or friends visiting Branson for the strips or for Taneycomo. Everything was clean, neat, and up to date. The defrost and backlight on the bathroom mirrors were very cool, and the vibrating king-sized beds sent us right to sleep. I highly recommend this place, and we'll be back.

Wonderful stay for 5 widows on a fun filled trip! Each of us having our own bedroom and bath made it so comfortable. Having coffee out on the veranda every morning was so relaxing.

Our stay was great! The house was perfect! We especially loved that each bedroom had it's own private bathroom. Having two separate spaces in the living room and three separate outdoor areas was amazing! Everything was comfortable and the spaces were well organized for us to feel right at home.

My family got together for a small reunion, and we all wanted to stay under one roof and have the option to cook and eat together. Grand Welcome was the perfect place. There was plenty of space for everyone. We all loved the location, the home, the view, the number of bathrooms was a big plus, and the fact that there was a pool on site, as well as lots of streaming options for the kids. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions, which was great! There were only 2 small things we would have changed. We wished that they had more pots and pans in the kitchen, as well as other cooking gadgets like a strainer and sharp knives. The cutting block of knives provided was very dull. Also, the upstairs patio was not cleared of cobwebs and spiders before we arrived. I know they come back quickly, being in a wooded area, but I wish that had been done. Aside from those two things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would recommend them to anyone and would go back again.

We stayed here on a girl's trip and it was so fun!! So much room and space to spread out. clean bedrooms and amazing decor! we loved all of it! access to the pool was great to have. far enough from town for privacy but close enough to travel to town when needed. I highly recommend staying here! I would definitely stay again! very responsive owners too! answered questions right away!!

Peaceful Stay with a Gorgeous Lake View – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at this Branson Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made settling in easy and relaxing. One of the highlights was the impressive number of bathrooms—perfect for a group or family, making everything so convenient. The lake view from the property was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a morning coffee or relax in the evening. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. We were close to everything Branson has to offer, from entertainment to restaurants and shopping. Whether you’re in town for the shows, the lake, or just some quiet time away, this spot has you covered. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was one of the most beautiful spots that I have ever stayed in. You are right on the river. In the mornings, we sat on the 2 beautiful decks to watch the geese float down the river. The house has a long dinning room table that we were able to put our whole family around for my child's birthday dinner. Each room had its own private walk in shower. There were no steps leading into the house which was so helpful for my dad.

Plenty of space and really liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom, plus another half on the main floor. Nice, long dining table for games and puzzles. Plenty of seating in living area. Two stories instead of three at other places. Really enjoyed viewing the bald eagle right outside in the tree by the deck!

Excellent place for our family to use for a brief weekend in Branson. The house was clean, bedrooms and bathroom were all setup well. View from porches were very nice. Location was great for proximity to our weekend activities along Lake Taneycomo and Branson area.

We come to Branson at least once a year and we will book this place again. We had a small issue with air conditioning (no fault to them at all) but they was very fast to respond and get someone right out to work on it. Great place! Great host!

The balcony sealed the deal for all of us! The weather was absolutely perfect (we slept through the rainy night), but being able to sip coffee on the balcony and look out at the lake was so peaceful! I wish I could’ve stayed for two weeks! One of our travelers was in a wheelchair and if you’re looking for accessibility, this place was it. The door frame was wide enough, and it is so helpful that there was a bedroom and a full size bathroom downstairs to accommodate him. The host was very responsive in answering our questions about the place being handicap accessible. There was an abundance of seating in the place for everyone and lots of seating if you wanted to have a big dinner there. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place.

We had 6 adults, and 4 children ranging from 1-15. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. Loved the location. It's just across the lake/river from all of the entertainment life. There is a feelof remoteness but it's actually very close to everything you could possible need. I loved sitting on the peaceful balcony with my coffee watching the lake activity before heading off for the day's adventure. The management team was friendly and provided excellent communications. We would definitely rent this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sunrise was beautiful from the deck which looks across the lake to a tree covered hillside. Very well appointed home. Pleasant decor and very comfortable furnishings. The beds were really comfy. When we return to the Branson area we will definitely be reserving this home again.

The stay was perfect.. the only little misconception was we believed the pool was right outside our door with the lake a few feet below but that was not the case, Also please specify if you are looking for a hot tub some units have them others do not.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our family’s lafter Christmas getaway!! The house was exactly what was described and needed to make our visit one to remember. Each bedroom having a zero gravity bed with an en-suite made everyone have plenty of room and privacy. We had never had that convenience before and found it so awesome. The furniture in the living area was comfortable for relaxing times by the fireplace watching two eagles tend their nest along with other birds on the lake. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed along with a nugget ice maker. We plan to visit again as soon as we get a chance!! 100% recommended stay!!!!!

Property was exactly as pictured and only 10-15 minutes from shows and Branson Landing area. Amazing view from the balconies of the lake. Extremely peaceful and relaxing. Every bedroom having it's own bathroom was amazing, no scheduling for showers and we could all get ready at the same time. I only have a couple of minor complaints. 1. only 3 or 4 hangers in each closet, 2. patio and patio furniture covered in spiderwebs, the cleaning crew should dust out there, 3. there are amazing floor to ceiling windows and sliders but over 80% are covered with bamboo style blinds that can't be raised so you loose that fantastic view when inside the house. Overall I would definitely rent again.

The issue with the tv was frustrating. No cable or satellite. News channels roll over and over prerecorded all day long The patio was plenty big enough but it only had kitchen like tables and wooden chairs. Not comfortable. Noticed the carpet on the stairs was full of stains.
