This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, twin size bunk beds, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

The place was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony had a wonderful view of the lake and we could see deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, and birds from our place. It was a quiet area and beautifully maintained. The manager sent texts every couple days to confirm things were going well. When I let them know that we discovered a leak under the bathroom sink, they had a plumber out within hours (per our scheduling request) to fix it.

We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on Table Rock Lake. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The furnishings were updated, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—close enough to Branson to easily enjoy all the attractions, restaurants, and entertainment, while still providing a peaceful lakeside atmosphere. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for our stay, making it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Branson area!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in and out was simple. We had no issues but the host communicated instructions with us well. The place was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was beautiful and we were able to walk a short path through the woods to get to it. We stayed with 6 children (ages 1-14) who had a great time as well. Will definitely book again the next time we are in Branson!

This location was perfect for our Branson vacation. It was conveniently located just outside the business of town. Our view of Table Rock Lake was amazing and very nice to wake up to in the morning. The complex we stayed in was clean and quiet. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to make a full dinner with the well equipped kitchen tools, which is a nice break from eating out every night while on vacation. We would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a peaceful side of Branson!

We had a blast! View was beautiful. Everything was clean and lights were on when we rolled in at 2:00am! Only thing, dishwasher didn’t work and unfortunately I didn’t know until we were about to walk out the door. Overall a great place located within 20 mins from all the activities we did!

Overall, our stay was lovely as we were able to overlook the lake. The location was great. We were disappointed in the water pressure and LOUD banging noise when in the shower or trying to fill the garden sized tub. Definitely needs fixed.

We love this location as it has a beautiful view of the lake and just far enough away from the busy town but not too far. It was a bit small for 6 but we only stayed for two nights so very doable. The beds were very uncomfortable.

This place has a great view, well stock in kitchen and very comfortable. would definitely stay there again.

The view was incredible, the tv’s worked great, there’s a few stairs to climb but the view was worth it.

Condo was great. The view was wonderful. Had a great time relaxing away from the crowded areas of Branson but was close enough to enjoy the shows, shopping and restaurants when we wanted to.

I loved this place, it was very cozy and had amazing views of the lake. The beds very comfortable, even the bunk bed. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a peaceful location. The view alone was worth it. Grand Welcome checked in during our visit to make sure we were doing ok. The customer service is top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival, we noticed the place was still dirty, with bugs, dust, and hair. Grand Welcome was very prompt in responding and getting it re-cleaned. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The property was very nice and clean. Beautifully decorated .Great location. The only problem I had was the beds were a little hard. Other than that everything was good. I would stay here again.
