Enjoy an unforgettable stay in entertainment-filled Branson at Ozark Mountain Overlook a homey condo with expansive views of the surrounding nature.

The spacious deck features beautiful views of the Ozark Mountains. Inside the home, the leather sofa faces the smart tv, armchair, and contemporary decor. Steps away is the dining table for 4, and a dedicated coffee station. When it is time to whip up your next meal make use of the fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances, and cookware you’ll need. Just off of the kitchen you will find the laundry area.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is furnished with a King size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 is equipped with 2 Twin beds.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 20 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- The home has an additional shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Beyond the calming nature surrounding this home, another huge draw of the property is its close proximity to Branson’s bustling entertainment scene. Just 20 minutes from Downtown Branson, you’re an easy drive from music festivals, live shows, eclectic restaurants, trendy boutiques, and fascinating wineries. Premier attractions include Clay Copper Theatre, Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

'- For security purposes the front door is equipped with a security camera.
- If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 1 pet can be brought to the unit and must be kenneled if left unattended. We will accept pets up to a maximum of 20 lbs. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

Great location. We plan on staying there next year and for a longer period of time! It was clean, had a great view from the balcony and the host was great to work with.

The apartment was clean with a great view. It is in a good location. The neighbors are loud. The living room furniture is very worn out. I had family coming in from other states and we got there early and was told it would be a 25.00 per hour for early check in. We went to a restaurant got a drink to waste time. We did get to check in about 20 minutes early. If the place is ready why charge for early check in? I’ve never been charged!It was easy communicating with the owner.

The living room furniture needs updated the mattresses could use an upgrade. Or at least an option for a pillow topper for people with back issues.

Very easy check in/out! Easy to find. Host was very attentive and responsive! Had some concerns with the up keep of the condo, host was very friendly and responsive! They delivered new pots and pans with in 12 hours. Over all good stay!

The place was in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked for cooking. There wasn’t a lot of cooking utensils and pots and pans. The couch was very worn. It was hard to get up from and wasn’t the most comfortable. But the view was amazing!!!!

Nice but a few thing’s that could be better. The sliding door to the balcony won’ wouldn’t lock, the outside of the refrigerator’s door was dirty , and the furniture wasn’t the best in the living room.

Booking and communication was very easy and smooth. Though not expecting to be in the second floor of a condo, it was a perfectly adequate place for a family of 5. I was a little disappointed in the sparseness of cooking utensils but everything else was good.

Great place to stay.. good location and they offered 4 free show tickets. just a few small things like unmopped floors- my kids had noticeable filth on them crawling on the floor and barefooted. not very well equipped kitchen. Also had a bug scare first night, staff was very responsive and came to spray the next morning. Being an upstairs condo, summertime heat made cooling the condo hard.. Definitely recommend bringing your own fans, 1 fan provided. Curtains over windows are sheer so lots of sunlight gets let in. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for.

All in all the place was very neat and clean! Beautiful view and close to everything! My only complaint the living room did not seat 4 people comfortably and the couch and chair were very uncomfortable and very run down looking! They could definitely stand to be replaced and more comfortable seating to accommodate guests and an extra chair to accommodate 4 guests.

Very clean, nice space. Had towels and toiletries. We love the location as we are frequent Silver Dollar City goers. We like being a few minutes outside of Branson to avoid traffic and be able to use the back roads to quickly get around congestion of the strip. I would stay again!

The condo was clean and ideal for my family. The in-unit washer and dryer was perfect...didn't have to do laundry when we got home. Communication with the host was easy and simple. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had our 3 sons (17-21 years old) & they each had their own bed. This is not always true, especially at this price point m, so we were extremely pleased. There are only 4 dining chairs so that was a bit tricky. There was plenty of dishes, pans, toilet paper, laundry & dish soap. There was also salt & pepper. No other condiments (not a big deal, in our experience it’s about a 50/50 if there will be food left by past guests. We’ve had absolutely nothing, including only the toilet paper on the holders to all kinds of spices & condiments like Ketchup and Mayo.) We did not use any of the complex’s amenities so I can’t rate those. It was not walking distance to town, but close. Very quiet & peaceful. The apartment is not fancy, but it was very comfortable, very clean & in a quiet area. It suited our needs very well. We encountered no issues, but the hosts were very good with communication & checking in with us so I’m sure they’d have been quick to assist

Outside could have been cleaner but unit was beautiful! Biggest concern was missing nuts/bolts from dining furniture due to safety. Was reported. Would defi itely stay again!
