This property was exactly as the pictures showed, which is not always the case with some rentals. VERY CLEAN which is of utmost importance to us. Nice location on the golf course and very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! This is the second time we have stayed at Grand Royal and we are already planning our next trip. It is located right outside of town so that you aren’t right in the middle of the hustle and bustle but just minutes down the road. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Love the option for two rooms with king sized beds for our family of 5. Glad there was a high chair in the condo for our 1 year old. They also provided lots of towels which is appreciated!

Peaceful & Comfortable! There was plenty of room for four adults, a three year old, and a five month old. I do not remember a pack'n play listed in the description, but there is one in the condo. There is also a highchair though we didn't use it. It was nice to know that the condo was child friendly. The baby had a hard time sleeping the first night, but her crying didn't bother us. It was pretty quiet inside the condo. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. The pool was awesome. We swam twice. The Pickle Ball courts looked great too. We didn't use the tickets to either show because we had the littlest with us, but that was a nice plus! We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. I forgot my crockpot, so I was hoping they would have one, but they didn't. We will definitely stay again when we are in Branson. It was out of the way of the main traffic but close enough to get to everything, which felt great!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well staffed. The neighborhood was safe and on the quiet side. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a great time. My only --really minor-- comment is that there are several religious (Christian) decorative signs in the apartment. My husband and I are Jewish so we were a little taken aback by them. We understand that Branson is a mostly Christian area, so we went with the flow.

We loved our stay! It was so cozy and homey it was the perfect vacation spot! One of our favorite touches was the scripture home decor all of the place, we felt blessed to be there!

It was amazing I was super impressed when we first walked in the door. The recliner didn’t work so that was a bummer but other than that I’d book here again.

Sometimes it’s disappointing to find what you have rented isn’t as great as you had hoped for but definitely not in this case! It could not have been better. The listing on the website was very accurate, communication with us was great both beforehand and while we were there. It was very clean! The accommodations were excellent and furniture and beds were very comfortable. Don’t even hesitate about renting this condo! You wont regret it!

Good location. Not right in town but not so far out that you can’t drive in every day. Pretty centrally located for other area activities. The area was quiet. The condo had enough paper supplies that we didn’t need what we brought, that was really nice. Condo looked like pictures. The only things negative were that all the clocks needed batteries and the thermostat was hard to work. Having said that, we would stay here again. We had a great time.

Beautiful property. My kids enjoyed watching the golfers. Loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The hosts were wonderful and even left us tickets to a couple of shows. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Branson.

This was our first trip to Branson, and we were there for a baseball tournament. The condo was, as the photos show, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The area was quiet and felt extremely safe. The kitchen and laundry had all the supplies we needed. Management was easy to communicate with and promptly replied to our texts. If we return to Branson, we will definitely book this condo again. The home was beautiful and clean with great outdoor areas and a convenient location. It was very comfortable with lots of extras like Sonos, hot tub, and well-appointed kitchen. Check-in was easy and communication was prompt.HOWEVER, if you are booking this home and planning to spend pool time, I highly suggest you consider something else. The property description listing pool access is very misleading! A pool was a must for us in searching for the right property. This home, however, does not have any special access to a pool. She simply means that the city of Sedona has a public pool which you can pay to visit (just like everyone else). When I asked about it on Day 2, she told me to "look it up." I did, and it said "Temporarily Closed." So, we spent zero time by a pool. When I shared this information and how disappointed we were (as our plans included afternoons at the pool), she said she was sorry, and asked what she could have done differently. I suggested she amend the listing to a more accurate explanation of the pool access. She said she would not be doing that, and offered no other concession. This was very disappointing as she had several avenues to do something a little "extra" to make things right.

I’ve stayed in a lot of properties. This one, by far, was the cleanest. The communication was quick and courtesy. The complex was safe and quiet. The amenities were abundant, we lacked for nothing. Location was spot on for everything we wanted to do. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at a property!

We loved Point Royale and the Fairway Bunker Hideaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, loved that both rooms had king beds plus a sofa bed. The place was decorated very nice. Stocked with everything we needed, just had to get our own groceries and we were set. The pool was the highlight of our trip, loved how big it was and the tiki bar/grille being right there. Loved how late the pool was open, we closed it down every night!We only had two issues during our stay. First was the door lock on the front door. Took us 3 days to figure out how to maneuver the door just right for the lock to actually lock when we were leaving. It doesn't set right in the door frame so it had to be just right or it would lock then immediately unlock. Once we figured it out it was fine.Our other issue was parking. Like I said we closed the pool down every night and every time we got back to the condo at 11pm there was no parking. We had to park pretty far away every night (along with a lot of other people based on what we could tell). It wasn't a huge inconvenience but kind of annoying.Other than the two minor things I mentioned, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Point Royale again!

Master bathroom tub was dirty and had hair balls, leak under the right sink. Front bathroom tub won’t drain! Coffee pot broken! Wall clock needs battery, bathroom picture must have fallen (marks on wall, nail in wall) picture frame is in pieces!
