Nice place to relax, feel at home and enjoy lake views. Easy drive to Silver Dollar City and attractions on the strip. Very easy to get into ground level unit, plenty of parking and walkable within the complex. Two great areas to enjoy the lake views no matter the weather!

We loved our stay here! We were only there 2 days but it was perfect and beautiful in every way! The host made the home so welcoming, cozy and comfortable. The host checked in with us and was very responsive. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was roomy and had everything you need if you’re cooking meals there. It was up to date and beautifully decorated too. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back again for a longer stay!!

This place was absolutely amazing. Great views of Table Rock Lake from inside and out. Everything was spotless and wonderfully decorated. My elderly parents and their friend stayed as well. They were able to get in, out, and around without difficulty (no stpes whatsoever). It's in a perfect location, close to everything, and very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed in any way. I can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay. We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. It was extremely clean, had all amenities and was in an excellent area. There was an additional day bed/trundle combo in the sunroom that was perfect for our family. 10/10 - will be back!

Cleaning company is not mopping the floors. Your feet would be black from walking around in the unit and stain the tub and bath matte. Overall stay was nice. Owners told us we couldnt use the pool as it was reserved for owners only, but the signage on the gate clearly says you can as a guest.

A very beautiful unit in beautiful surroundings. However, being on 1st floor, there was an annoying amount of noise from above unit. Not very well insulated or constructed I guess. "Most" photos are accurate and show a VERY nicely furnished unit inside. But photos #19 and 28 are not accurate anymore. There are 4 new houses built there that (partially) obstruct the lake view. Hopefully the owners re shoot and adjust the listing and new renters can see the accurate view. I only mention this because view is #1 when I'm shopping for a place. Otherwise it was a great place and a great value.

Grand Welcome exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is very large and beautiful. The furnishings were very nice. The beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the back room that overlooks the lake. There is a trundle bed in there that is not in the description. They also have a fold out bed in the closet that is not listed. The home was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. So glad we close to stay here!

Beautiful place! Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Loved the "sunroom" and the outdoor patio. Spacious condo very nicely furnished and equipped. We spend about 200 days per year away from home for my work, and my family goes with me, so we have stayed in a lot of hotels and AirBnBs. My family said it may be the nicest AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Love the area and will come back again.

my family and I LOVED the condo....It was a beautiful place and easy to get to. To our surprise there was a 3rd bed/room that our children loved, it wasnt in the description but it was awesome to have instead of sleeping on the couch bed. The place was wonderful!! It was clean and modern. The views were the main reason we booked here and they did not disappoint. This unit also is near handicapped parking so it was easy to get in and out of. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. The only small downsides were that the WiFi didn’t work very well, one bed was too tall for my disabled grandmother, and the pillows were pitifully flat. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely book again!!

Five-star rating across the board! The unit did not disappoint. Beautiful views, super clean and spacious for a family of 4 with two grown teen boys who want their own space. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will 100% be coming back next year!

Great experience! I loved the floorplan of the place. Lakeviews, peaceful and quiet atmosphere outside in the evening and morning. Also, while sleeping it was very quiet. Less than 10 minutes to restaurants & shopping. On ground level which made it easy for luggage. We had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, well worth the price you pay. Only downfall was the front bedroom had no curtains which made it was hard to sleep because of the light coming in. The batteries were out in the remotes and the toilet paper holder kept falling apart. The kitchen could use a real coffee cup, a new frying pan and dish towels. All that being said I would definitely stay there again. Great location, you could be anywhere you want it to be within 12 to 20 minutes.

The place was clean and beautiful. Quiet and very adequate. Need instructions for the tv. Need a lower threshold for the primary bathtub. Huge tripping hazard. Tub was also slippery. Overall we LOVED it— just those 3 things could be improved.

Best all around!! Our host was very accommodating and proactive with information. We had bit of a weather scare and our host reached out with updates which I found to be so thoughtful! The Majestic Condos has become my go to when in Branson. And this unit was superb! Very clean, beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect. Host was responsive. Just two suggestions I would like to make, ... A Keurig in the kitchen and a couple of more throws would be great! If you're having trouble deciding, just book it, you wont regret it!

Wow! Let me start by saying, we are regulars when visiting Branson, and our stay at different airbnbs have not been very accommodating for people with special needs. But once I let them know that I had a disability, they made sure I had a bottom unit and parked right in front of my airbnb!!! The place was immaculate!!! The view overlooking the river was breathtaking!!! Everywhere we went was less than 5- 16 minutes away!!! And most of all, the welcome team was on point!!! They constantly checked on us to make sure we didn’t want for anything!!! If you had a question, they text or email you right back!!! We stayed at It’s a good life airbnb. Thank you Grand Welcome ❤️

I booked a last minute trip to the place in Branson to see Old Time Christmas in Silver Dollar city. Due to changes in weather it rained/stormed during our entire stay. Because of how nicely and clean the place was we still had a fun trip. We will be reserving this place again.

Overall, we had a great stay. I love the nice big bar in the kitchen and the sunroom to enjoy the lake view. We had a small problem with the bed when we got ready to go to sleep we got in and apparently the side slats were broken and we weren't able to sleep in that room, luckily there was another bedroom I did call immediately and the owners were very responsive and the bed was fixed for the following night so I greatly appreciate it there response . We would stay there again.

The husband and I went here for our honeymoon! It was a great day. Everything was clean. We worried about being able to hear other people above us and beside us couldn’t hear a thing when we walked in. There was jazz music playing very welcoming. We would definitely go there again. It is very calming there. The place was closer to all the attractions so we didn’t have to drive too far and had a beautiful view of the lakes.

Very very nice for the price. Plenty of room for my 2 teenage sons. Master bedroom and large kitchen was nice to have, felt like home. Hot water ran out a little sooner than expected, considering it had a jacuzzi tub.

We came to Branson for a dance competition and knew we needed a getaway that was peaceful and that's exactly what this was. Everything was perfect. We even lucked out and saw some fireworks on Sunday! It was a great trip.
