The open concept design of this home combines living, dining, and cooking into one shared space with room for your whole group to gather. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and cookware for meals to be made and enjoyed at home. This home is also equipped with a reverse osmosis water purifying system. Casual dining and morning coffee can be shared at the breakfast bar with barstool seating, while more formal meals can flow to the dining table which seats 6. Cozy up in the living room where plush couches face a smart tv, perfect for laid-back movie nights. No matter how you decide to share your leisure hours, it’s sure to be a trip filled with quality time!

This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed and tv.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king-size bed, tv, sun room access, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Lofted Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. This open room is located on the second floor and can also double as extra living space.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs. There is no elevator.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is required and will be obtained from the guard on duty upon arrival.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- There is an exterior security camera at the front door.
- The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

This was great for our family of five. The upstairs area is a loft, so it’s only semi-private, but it worked great for our teenager. The amenities were great, rooms were big, the sunroom was great. This was in a great location—10/15 minutes drive to everything. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back and when we come, we will stay here again!

We had a great stay at this condo! We have stayed at others in this same community but this one surpassed our other experiences. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed having the lofted bedroom for our girls to stay in and the sunroom was lovely. I did quite a bit of cooking on this vacation and the kitchen had everything I needed. Again surpassed other condos in the community. We loved it and will be back!

All was good but we had to kill 5 wasps over the coarse of 3 days inside the property. There was also a grasshopper there when we arrived. Rooms were comfortable and the kids loved the loft. Couldn't use the TV from my phone apps because it was cable and couldn't use wifi with the password we had. But all in all it was a good place to stay .

When used in the master and sunroom it wasn’t as strong as in the great room.3) the grill is a community grill that was a 10-15 minute walk, not at the specific property. We bought charcoal and other grilling materials but never got to use them because the grill was never available when we were looking to have dinner.Positives:1) it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom.2) it was really clean and inviting.3) super close to the pool/clubhouse grill/tiki bar.4) easy drive to places like silver dollar city, white water water park, and other activities.

This property was great! The upstairs bedroom has a regular bed now instead of the couches pictured, which was a nice surprise, and the proximity to the clubhouse and pool was so nice. Condo is situated in the same area as the groundskeeper/maintenance area and their carts didn’t seem to have to follow the speed limit, so definitely be mindful with small children. Overall, property was amazing and were already planning our next stay.

8 family members stayed in Branson for a weekend getaway. It accomodated all 8 of us comfortably. We utilized the kitchen and the fireplace. Two critiquesI have is that wood should have been provided for the fireplace but that’s minor. Also soap to take a shower was not provided, but again, minor. Everyone in our party enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Thank you allowing us to stay in your home.

The stay was great. Everything worked great don’t think it could have been any better. We should have asked about steps. We were all over 77 and the steps weren’t the best and a little trouble navigating for one person. That was our problem for not asking about steps.

8 family members stayed in Branson for a weekend getaway. It accomodated all 8 of us comfortably. We utilized the kitchen and the fireplace. Two critiquesI have is that wood should have been provided for the fireplace but that’s minor. Also soap to take a shower was not provided, but again, minor. Everyone in our party enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Thank you allowing us to stay in your home.

Great place for a family trip & off the crazy path! Check in at guard station was a little confusing but figured it out quickly! Heads up would have been good! Thanks for a great time!!

Love the location of this place. Love the layout of the condo. Master bath had hair clogging the shower drain but they addressed the situation right away. Found several dead wasps on the floor but other than that the place was clean. Would stay here again!

The stay was great. Everything worked great don’t think it could have been any better. We should have asked about steps. We were all over 77 and the steps weren’t the best and a little trouble navigating for one person. That was our problem for not asking about steps.
