You are only a short drive from famous Branson attractions and Table Rock Lake, plus you can take a dip in the community pool between your many adventures. The Moab unit has a queen size sleeper sofa in addition to its 3 private bedrooms.

- 1 unit is a walk-up requiring the use of stairs, the other is a walk-in unit.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available for each unit (4 total spaces).

- The home is not pet friendly.
- Each unit has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer provided in each unit.
- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
