This dual rental consists of 2 separate 3-bedroom condos, both in the same building, so that you can travel with a large group while having the luxury of space and privacy. Set against a unique rock formation, this property boasts private outdoor spaces for each unit that make for an idyllic spot to enjoy morning coffee or relaxed meals at the provided café tables. The condos have been fully updated with modern decor and are equipped with amenities to make your stay deeply restful. You are only a short drive from famous Branson attractions and Table Rock Lake, plus you can take a dip in the community pool between your many adventures. Come and experience a truly special vacation at this one-of-a-kind getaway!

Each condo features a cozy living room, furnished to feel like your home away from home with plush couches and a smart tv. Your indoor leisure time is sure to be a peaceful retreat here, plus just steps away you have convenient access to fully updated and equipped kitchens. From stainless steel appliances to cookware and coffee makers, you’ll have everything you need to whip up meals for your group to share in the comfort of your own private space.

This condo duo sleeps a total of 14 guests between the units’ 6 combined bedrooms (3 per unit).

The Urban Farmhouse unit has a queen size sleeper sofa in addition to its 3 private bedrooms.

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.
- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.
- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The Spoke also has 3 private bedrooms.

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.

- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- 1 unit is a walk-up requiring the use of stairs, the other is a walk-in unit.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Each unit has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available for each unit (4 total spaces).
- Washer and dryer provided in each unit.
- The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

Premier attractions include Clay Copper Theatre, Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

The apartment was nice. We all liked the 3 bedrooms. It was very clean and comfortable. The negative side of it was the closet sit-up in the master bedrooms, meaning we had no place to hang our clothes in the master bedroom. The other rooms had no hangers for clothes. Overall it was very nice. No ice maker. We left a bag of ice in the freezer. We’d most definitely stay there again. Very Nice place.

The entry hall was a little rough but inside was nice but starting to show wear and tear. Toilet in the guest BR had a lot of mildew so guess it wasn’t cleaned! I would still stay again but because of the parking issues probably will not. On the weekend parking was a nightmare, We were supposed to have 2 spots per unit and on Friday night there were NONE! We had to park down the street and around the corner, no where close to our condo, Had to walk a long way!

Loved it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very welcoming. The whole family ( all 11 of us !) enjoyed the stay. We would love to come back again. I have already recommended it to another family member.

Things that need to be repaired corners need to be dusted just needs to be some things need to be updated unit 2 the bathroom doors in the bedroom doors don't have locks on them I need a little bit more privacy great place to stay for a family unit 4 air conditioner was not working very well we just dealt with it overall place was okay

I’m glad to hear the property still worked well overall for your family, but I’m sorry about the maintenance and comfort issues you ran into. The concerns you mentioned around dusting and general upkeep in Unit 2 are not up to our usual standard, and we’ll make sure housekeeping reviews those areas more carefully. I also understand how important privacy is, especially with bathroom and bedroom doors, so we’ll look into the lack of locks right away. I’m especially sorry to hear the air conditioner in Unit 4 wasn’t performing properly. That should have been addressed during your stay, and we’ll have maintenance inspect it immediately to make sure it’s cooling as expected. We appreciate you bringing all of this to our attention, it helps us improve for future guests.

It was a nice place with all the amenities. However, there is no closet in the master bedroom. Parking was a problem for us one night.
