At Urban Farmhouse, you can have all the comforts of home while being away from it. Sink into the plush couches in the living room to catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV, or grab a good book and relax. Need to whip up a meal? The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker. Gather around the dining table with friends or family to share quality time and delicious homecooked meals. Urban Farmhouse is the perfect spot to unwind and feel at ease while traveling.

This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. You’ll find luxurious linens and comfortable farmhouse-inspired furnishings in each room for your ultimate comfort!

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit requiring you to take the stairs with 17 steps to reach the entry door.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested
- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

Premier attractions include Clay Copper Theatre, Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied overall. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. It was obvious that a lot of thought went into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There are just a few areas that could be improved. The pool, while nice, was farther away than we expected based on the listing emphasis. The master bedroom did not have a closet, which was a bit inconvenient. The deck appears to need some maintenance and is showing its age. We also noticed there was no ice maker in the refrigerator, and the selection of pots and pans was somewhat limited for a home that accommodates a larger number of guests. Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. With a few small additions and updates, it would be even better.

GPS got us right to the front door. Quiet area. Not much within walking distance if you plan to walk to shop or eat, but we like being away from everyone so it worked for us. Rooms were clean. Everything worked as it should. We did not use the pool, so can't comment on it. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was exactly as advertised! It was clean & surprisingly quiet - we slept great. While the little deck faces a rock wall, it at least gives you some privacy (you're not staring into another condo's windows). We went to Silver Dollar City the Reza show in Branson, & the condo location was perfect...quick/easy access to both, right in the middle. Would definitely recommend!

The place was clean, easy to find - if you prefer soft beds, they will be comfortable. It is 17 steps up to the 2nd floor - keep in mind if you prefer lower level. ***Parking is BAD, or has the opportunity to be BAD if you are there during a peak time in Branson. We would not find a spot on the whole street for the unit we were staying...we drove the street below and found the same issue. We then drove to the street above and found a spot on the far end....it is a steep slope walking back to your unit. People were parking on grass, curbs, some were taking 2 spaces due to not parking between the lines. The lines are not marked well and a big reason utilizing 2 spaces. *****The place was nice and clean, but: - the master bedroom had no closet or space to layout your cloths. -the other bedroom only 2 hangers and no space to layout the clothes and such. **there were no hooks or bars to hang clothes or toiletries in the bathroom.

Absolutely perfect accommodations and location. I felt right at home and very safe. Such a quiet street but close to so many amenities. Perfect location for wonderful walks and hikes and so easy to get to place in S.F. easily. The owners were so gracious and friendly, I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Great stay on the hillside about 10 minutes from town. Updated amenities and close to the lake. Very responsive and helpful host. Not much for kids to do on site but we knew that going in. Great value for what you pay.

Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay with this host again. The condo was mainly clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a few days.There were just a couple of things that needed attention. The sliding backdoor had 2 locks, both of which were NOT in working condition. I did make the property management aware and they were going to address it after our stay. Also, the en suite shower needs some attention. It drains very slowly and was dirty upon our arrival.

We loved staying here! It wasn’t too far from Silver Dollar City or other popular Branson things, but also still felt secluded and quiet. The place was very nice and accommodating. The communication was superb. Would definitely stay here again!
