The condo has been fully updated with modern decor and is equipped with amenities to make your stay deeply restful. You are only a short drive from famous Branson attractions and Table Rock Lake, plus you can take a dip in the community pool between your many adventures. The cozy living room is furnished to feel like your home away from home with plush couches and a smart tv. Your indoor leisure time is sure to be a peaceful retreat here, plus just steps away you have convenient access to the fully updated and equipped kitchen. From stainless steel appliances to cookware and coffee maker, you’ll have everything you need to whip up meals for your group to share at the dining table set for 6.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. You’ll find luxurious linens and comfortable furnishings in each room for your ultimate comfort!

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit requiring you to take the stairs with 17 steps to reach the entry door.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

Just 20 minutes from Downtown Branson, you’re an easy drive from music festivals, live shows, eclectic restaurants, trendy boutiques, and fascinating wineries. Premier attractions include Clay Copper Theatre, Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. My only note for future guests is not the fault of the host. The parking lot filled up by 8pm on the weekends. So if you're at night owl, be prepared to park on the street. I can't fault the host when other people renting other condos showing up in multiple cars per condo. We had no issues with parking on the weekdays. Host was very quick with communication and answered all my questions. would stay there again.

Overall the place was good. Condo inside was clean. Only downfalls were deck off living room has rotting wood. We were afraid to use deck because of that. Also 2 frying pans in kitchen were totally worn out and had uneven bottoms so near impossible to cook with. Entry way into unit had loose trash. Pool had wads of hair floating around.

Okay… I feel like people value an HONEST opinion of the stay and let me start off with, it was a great stay besides the cleanliness of the condo and the doors in the building looking like the police had beat them down. I’m talking the doors were all bent out of shape and gave off $500 apartment vibes, not really setting the tone for vacation like you’d like. We walked in and are very pleased with what we found, so we thought. We arrived late in the evening so me and my wife split to go to take a shower, both bathrooms have hair scattered throughout as well as little gnats in the showers. My thoughts are, NO BIG DEAL, everyone has a bad day, in this case the cleaner. We get out and go to our son, who is crawling age, and was with my MIL, his knees and hands were almost completely black from the dirt/dust on the floors. I get a wipe from the diaper bag to wipe him off the couch had food crumbs all over it from the previous stay. I would honestly rate this stay a 3/5.

The worst part about receiving a negative review is when there’s absolutely no proof. Did you bring up any of these “concerns” to our local team—who you had 24/7 access to? No, you did not. So how dare you leave a review without giving our staff the opportunity to address or resolve your so-called issues? This review is not only misleading, it’s dishonest. Honestly, guests who behave this way should be permanently banned from Airbnb.

This was a great place to stay! The location felt private, away from busy roads. The view coming in to the complex was beautiful. The place itself was clean, with everything we needed. We plan to stay here again the next time we’re in Branson and needing accommodations for the amount of guests we had. Highly recommend!

Cute place with what you need for a weekend visit. Stove was having issues but they responded immediately and offered to send someone to fix same day but we elected to have them do it after we left. Very Clean and safe.
