This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. You’ll find luxurious linens and comfortable furnishings in each room for your ultimate comfort!

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Premier attractions include Clay Copper Theatre, Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. Grand Welcome was a very nice place for our family. Plenty of space. Very conveniently located between the Branson strip and Silver Dollar City. Not far from anything we wanted to do. The condo was neat and clean. If a person is attentive to details, there were some rough edges -- baseboards, bathroom edges, entry door, wall scarring from dining area chairs — to name a few. They provided enough soap for two nights and three days, but barely. We purchased a bar of soap in town. Parking was supposed to be sufficient, but we arrived back at our condo around 10 pm one night and had to park toward the end of the property (about six buildings beyond our rental). We did have a parking space, but for some reason, not one close to our entry door. But I say of that simply to be picky. This was still an overall a very nice accommodation. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our first visit to Branson. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and quiet. The host was extremely responsive. The house was very clean and neat. We were close to all the attractions and restaurants. Last but not least the beds were great! Soft and comfy. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a group of seven. This was a perfect space for all of us to stay together. The host was very responsive when I had an issue figuring out the TV. The only negative was we could hear the family above us walking around so I worried they could hear us. Other than that it was a perfect place!

Place is nice, and we'd "consider" staying again. It was neat, clean, & furniture was in great condition & not outdated; besides a scuffed living room table, & toilet paper holder that wouldn't stay mounted, comfortably was good. My takeaways are: the early check in flexibility. It would've meant a lot to check in by 3 vs 4, (the time of our show) After traveling, it would've been nice to get situated 1st, before the show; Instead, there is an automatic charge for additional check in/out time, regardless if the unit is sitting and ready. TV's seemed slow to respond. One would keep freezing or buffering. I did contact host, who responded quick with a solution. the solution helped, but it didn't fix. We continued to experience issues We were woken early by guest above us with kuds running and jumping. I don't know about during the day, but it was the same past late night. Last but not least was the parking. There was just absolutely nowhere to park. Be prepared to park very far

As we have back-to-back reservations, the current check-in time of 4 PM allows our cleaning crew the necessary time to thoroughly clean and reset the unit for the next guest. This ensures a spotless and welcoming space for everyone We understand that parking can be a challenge. We do mention in the listing that parking can be limited, but we will look into providing more detailed information and alternative parking suggestions for future guests.

it was a great place to stay. it was easy to get around and get to places around town. There were a couple of issues like no access to the master closet and a loose toilet but the team was responsive. Hopefully they will fix the minor issues.

Really enjoyed staying here! It was located in a beautiful setting that was just far enough from the main strip, to seem private and peaceful, but close enough to get to everything in just a few minutes. Would definitely stay here again! Very clean, homey, and beds were comfortable!

The toilet in the en suite bathroom is very wobbly, some trim was missing, very squishy beds, very tight fitting furniture, no can opener. The body wash dispenser in the en suite bathroom is clogged/ doesn’t work. Great amount of towels, dishwasher & washing machine pods & materials, paper towels, and toilet paper.
