Loved this place. Will definitely stay here again. Clean, beautiful, clear helpful instructions. Close enough to walk to other activities but off the beaten path so quiet and peaceful surroundings

The only downside is the pool is right across the parking lot but the unit does not have any access to the pool. Great use of space and lots of room.

We go to Branson at least 5 times a year since our son lives there and we have stayed in all sorts of condos and some owned by Grand Welcome. This one was truly amazing and we would stay again. Only issue was we requested an 11 am check out instead of 10 so we could eat lunch with our kiddo before leaving and were denied. But it's always hard to leave when we go. Other then that awesome stay.

Our stay was perfect for three couples with three king beds and three bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the golf course. The safari decor was fun. We made two meals a day there, eating out once each day. The kitchen was adequately supplied and Price Chopper grocery very close. We played card games around the table and filled the space with laughter. The rental was close to many attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We came for the weekend with my parents, husband, myself, and our 3 month old. The property didn’t list a pack and play but they offered to bring one from another property. One thing, if you are someone who likes big glasses, bring your own thermos because all they have are small glasses to drink out of. We LOVED this place and 100% would book again with them.

The condo suited our needs well and location was convenient. Beds & linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked but could use a decent frying pan and some adult silver wear. We have rented many places and have never had plastic silver wear. Glad I didn't have steaks on the menu. The living room furniture is fine for the kids however, had no support and feels like you are sitting on the floor. Might be time for some upgrades if you are going to list as a luxury condo.

For potential guests reading this: the guest did not bring any of these concerns to our attention during their stay. Had she reached out, we would have been happy to address everything promptly. As for the mention of plastic silverware—we’re genuinely unsure what that is referring to, as we do not supply plastic utensils in the unit.

This is an excellent choice for your stay! Each of the couples had their own bed AND bath in this well furnished and spacious condo. Great location in Branson. The view of the golf course is fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely furnished. Very clean. Great location. Centrally located but just a little off 76. (Main Street). Communication was always prompt and helpful. We especially enjoyed the small room overlooking the golf course. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.

This condo was in an excellent location and the view of the golf course was outstanding. It was a good value, given the location and the size of the condo. The management team quickly responded to questions and graciously allowed us a slightly later checkout. The only issues we noted were: difficulty regulating water temperature in 2 of the showers; sofa and lovesseat in need of replacement and at least one nonstick 10 or 12 inch pan needed in the kitchen.

The condo is located in a very nice area with a lot to do. The place was clean and nicely furnished. The only downside is the parking. There is no reserved parking for each condo so it is first come first served. Because we were there for a conference that last until late each night we could not find parking by the condo and had to park at the pool and walk over to the condo

Normally stay at a hotel but tried a condo for the first time. Was great having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was as described and hosts were very helpful with any questions I had. Will use them again!

Communication was great. There were a few issues that need attention. Ceiling fan upstairs was broken, dishwasher is not secured properly and falls out of the opening. Overall it was a nice place except for the above mentioned issues.

Excellent location, close to theaters, restaurants. Unit is very clean. A major issue is that we did not have hot water and it took over an hour to resolve. Lucky for us, we did not have early show tickets. Unit needs a little TLC- some lights are out, windows in sun room do NOT have shades and will not lock so difficult for anyone sleeping on sleeper sofa. Broken tiles in some areas- these are loose so they could be a trip hazard. Updstairs fan and front bedroom fans are loose. Table top in sunroom is loose too. I know this sounds bad, but it was very nice and we did enjoy our stay. NOT for handicapp person or anyone that cannot handle stairs- no elevator to unit.

Great location, very spacious, everything was spotless except for carpet and rug under table. Several places on carpet, by counter, on steps, living room. Really took away from how nice of place it was. Would rent again if carpet was cleaned or try to get one on lower level because of our ages.

Excellent location very close to all of the action for Branson. Only 20-25 minutes away from Silver Dollar City and Top of the Rock.

It was awesome! We loved the condo. The bathroom floors still had some dirt on them and one of the towels in the upstairs bathroom had make up on it. Overall it was a good experience.

The location was good, it was easy to get where ever we wanted easily. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings, in the comfortable living area. We plan to return again sometime in the future!!!
