Located on a wooded bluff overlooking the water, Skipjack Cottage boasts an ideal location where guests can enjoy the beauty of secluded nature, while being close enough to experience all the shows, dining, and attractions of Branson. The home features a spacious deck overlooking the lake with an outdoor dining space and lounge chairs.

Inside, you will find a cozy living area with high ceilings, perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventure. Plush couches face the electric fireplace and smart tv, while steps away, the fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need for convenient meals at home.

This home sleeps 4 guests between 1 loft bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and tv. The home has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- 1 parking space is provided with room for a boat trailer.

This home is located just above the shores of Table Rock Lake, near all of Branson’s popular attractions including Silver Dollar City which you can reach in about 20 minutes. With tons to explore nearby, Skipjack Cottage is a quiet escape among the nature of the Ozarks. Make the most of your close proximity to Table Rock Lake with nearby boat rentals, fishing tackle, and professional guide services. On water and on land, you’re surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery in the Ozarks.

This enviable location also puts you 30-35 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.

Pros: Great location Quiet Exactly as described Cons: Internet is slow and lagging Water smelled of sulfur when we first arrived, by second night the smelled had diminished but still lingering

We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed our stay! The area is very quiet and has a beautiful view of the lake. Saturday night, we took a short drive to Kimberling City and ate at Big Buoy’s and it was really good! We didn’t cook at the place so I’m unsure how equipped the kitchen is. The only problem we ran into was at check-in. We arrived after it was dark and couldn’t figure out which cabin was ours. There are no lights illuminating the cabin/house number so we have to try the door combination on each cabin until we figured it out. In the morning we did see the numbers on the decking post out front. Overall, we enjoyed staying for 2 nights!

The location was very nice, and extremely quiet. The bed, linens, towels were all great! The only outlet in bathroom didn't work, they sent repairman, but couldn't fix it, after several hours in the unit. We were refunded 25.00. Property is worn and needs some maintenance. Cobwebs were all over the staircase; the outside of kitchen cabinets are dirty, greasy; screen door wouldn't shut; flooring has come apart at the screen door. The Direct TV is only to provide a few local channels, no movies, etc. Beware, the only bathroom is downstairs, so if you get up in the night you are climbing stairs.

Grand Welcome was a very hospitable host. A minor misinterpretation occurred during scheduling of our cabin and I ended up needing to request an extra nights stay. Our host had responded within minutes of me asking my question with a polite message that they were looking into it for us. Then no more than 15 minutes later I received confirmation that the cabin was available for my extended stay. Airbnb worked with the extra charges very conveniently by taking my previously submitted information and adding the additional payment to my card. For the rest of our stay everything proceeded smoothly as was expected.

It was a nice quiet place to stay Disappointed we couldn’t see the lake from the balcony because of the trees. Would have been nice to know the bedroom is upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs, difficult on older people getting up late at night. Address on property needs to be brightened up so the numbers can be seen. Communication with the property manager was fast and very helpful.

It was really comfy and cozy, felt very home like. Was nice to be out in the woods near the lake and close enough to do things in Branson. The staff was easy to get ahold of and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a place to stay in the area.

The cabin was close to restaurants and attractions, but not so close that you lost the serenity of the cabin and the view. It was clean and modern and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. It was private, with stunning view of Table Rock Lake. Got up early to see beautiful sunrises out the window in the loft. We enjoyed all our meals on the beautiful deck. Lots of birds constantly flying and tweeting… Loved that nature. Best bang for your buck in the branson area. Location is ideal everything is a 20 miniute drive from here. Very professional host, very clear check in instructions, the property is squeaky clean, also has Honestly the best bed ive ever slept in. Only one minor inconvenient is the drive way, small hurtle if you have a low car. Lowered cars beware.

We loved our accommodations! The location was peaceful and sitting on the deck with privacy was perfect. The location is secluded, yet not too far from Branson attractions. If we make another trip to Branson, we will definitely choose this location again!

We went one night and half the next day with no air conditioning. It was hot. The bathroom had no electrical outlets. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. The refrigerator’s hinge was rusted. Icemaker didn’t work. Old appliances. Very dated overall.
