Loved how centrally located it was! It was super close to downtown. The hosts are incredibly responsive! We got locked out of a closet and the responded within minutes of texting. We appreciated the washer and dryer immensely!

Best things was the location! It was on a quiet street that was close to so many must-do things in Branson. Less than 5 minutes from The Landing, 10 minutes to Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, and 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City. There's a CVS and gas station and various fast food, like Chi-fil-a, close by. The house was clean and tidy. It was just the right size for our family of four. They do say they don't have basic spices and only provide toiletries to get you started. So, it's a good idea to bring your own supplies to meet your needs. If you prefer to use liquid hand soap instead of bar soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, I recommend bringing your own. If you have young children, a step stool would be helpful to bring to reach the bathroom sink. Overall, we would highly recommend!

Usually, when properties say "close to attractions", it may be a matter of interpretation, but this house was very close yet quiet. The house was immaculate and spacious. The communication from the management team was constructive. There was one thing that didn't work out, and it was the pull-out couch. It had a mattress that was the thickness of 2 paper towels. It was unable to be used as intended by my 86-year-old brother or any of the rest of us. He ended up making a bed on the bigger couch (which worked). In general terms, adding safety bars in the bathrooms would be a great help. The tub in the hall bathroom was difficult for the older family members to use as it was too high to step over easily. Both bathtubs would have felt safer with bars. There were some ants in the kitchen, but we found bug spray. And finally, while it didn't affect us, the torrential rain made it clear that the gutters need to be cleaned. Water was pouring over the corners in sheets. Enjoyed it!

Great location and price and this company was quick to communicate however there were some issues. No patio seating (even though it was pictured), middle bedroom smelled, the washer had a moldy smell and mold in the front load part (Grand Welcome did communicate quickly and had their cleaning staff come clean it). Another issue was that they had a commercial fire alarm system with a sensor directly above the stove/oven. So of course while cooking the alarm goes off and can’t be shut off without the FIRE DEPARTMENT coming to shut it off (which the fireman said they get called out to this house often 🙄).

Great location right in the middle of town, but also wasn’t in the clutter of downtown Branson. Easy to drive anywhere in town. For our stay it was a good location and great on the price. Would recommend going here for a good stay and at a good price.

We were in town for the Women ofJoy conference and this home was the perfect location close to the convention center! We had plenty of room for all seven of us. The place was clean and cozy!

It was a great location!! Close to the Branson strip!! There was plenty of room for a girls weekend that everyone had their own space. Wold definitely stay again

The house was PERFECT! The house was cleaned and well supplied. It was easy to find and close to everything! It provided 4 comfortable sleeping areas (3 bedrooms and 1 sleeper sofa) for all my family. Plus, each sleeping area had a TV which my children and mother thought was great since they do not have TV's in their bedrooms. The pictures and the description online were exact. The washer/dryer was AMAZING, I want a set like that at my house now. The kitchen was easy to navigate around to cook meals in and had ample counter space. The host was quick to answer any questions I had and even helped me troubleshoot the TV in the master bedroom as it is a smart TV that needed reconnected to the modem after a storm and I didn't know how to correct that. The host even offered to send out a tech but we declined and were able to fix it ourselves with their help. The code to the home was sent at the exact time that was previously stated. If you are looking for a place to stay in Branson close to everything this is your place! You can walk to Downtown Branson and Branson Landing as it is all downhill but it is a challenge to walk uphill if you are out of shape. My 70 year old mother was able to walk up the hill but struggled a bit due to the heat as the heat index was over 100 during our stay.

Pros:Spacious Close proximity Nice size kitchen Dining room table for 6MB bed - super comfy Right side guest bedroom - bed super comfy. Sharp knives Cons:Old sponge Opened dish soap MB has no CLOSET!Small TV’sLarge sectional couch should be closer to living room TV Some of the white towels were not white. MB shower curtain liner had strands of hair. Kitchen is NOT well stocked. No containers and very minimal serving dishes. Wood floors are slippery if you have socks on. Guest toilet seat and mount needs securing. Corn hole leg broken. Kitchen faucet handle broken. Fridge iced over. Plastic cups were dirty. Fingerprints and lip marks. Pans are scratched and not healthy to eat off of.

Overall a very nice property. The host was very responsive to any issues and corrected them as soon as possible. Just a warning, if you stay here don’t cook anything in the kitchen that will create smoke. It is a very loud fire alarm that can’t be shut off except by the fire department. There is no outdoor cooking appliances. Not even a cheap grill. We cooked hamburgers and set the alarm off.

Overall a great experience. House was clean and comfortable. The first night we had a drain problem in one of the showers. I texted them and they had it fixed the next morning. We loved the location and stay there again without hesitation.

This was such a a great place to stay at while on vacation! It is close to all the main attractions, very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was extremely comfy, which made sleeping away from home much easier for me. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

I liked the house and would stay there again. Clean, quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from the Landing which is kind of like a downtown Disney walking area on the river.

Abby's place is a very spacious house, plenty of sleeping and plenty of hangout area. We ate breakfast every morning at the table and there was enough chairs for us all. Very conveniently located to everything. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone. Very clean..

We had a great time. The house was close to downtown shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to see the shows. We were traveling in a group ages 57 - 85 yrs old. The house was perfect for us, except a hand rail in the showers would have been nice. Would stay again.

Abby’s place was perfect for our group. It was in a quiet neighborhood and property was well maintained. Also very close to many attractions and eating establishments. Our grandkids enjoyed playing laser tag in the large fenced backyard. I loved having a laundry room. Having a tv in the living room and each bedroom was a big plus. This house was easy to access on the main strip.

Great location. Very clean. Overall very good, but the bathrooms are very small, especially the shared bathroom and there is no closet space available in the master bedroom.
