Description

Inside the home, modern furnishings and rustic details combine into an inviting space for your enjoyment. Gather on the large couches facing the smart tv, a perfect spot to spend nights in with a good movie. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen which includes all standard appliances, a coffee station, and cookware for convenient meals at home. Relive the day’s adventures over dinner at the dining table set for 4. A floating counter with 2 barstools offers additional space to eat or even use as a work from home desk space.

This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is furnished with a king size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #2 has a set of bunk beds with full size mattresses on top and bottom.

Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Beyond the calming nature surrounding this home, another huge draw of the property is its close proximity to Branson’s bustling entertainment scene. Just 20 minutes from Downtown Branson, you’re an easy drive from music festivals, live shows, eclectic restaurants, trendy boutiques, and fascinating wineries. Premier attractions include Clay Copper Theatre, Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

This is a budget friendly option. However I wouldn’t stay here again. It was not furnished well. Furniture is uncomfortable and the kitchen is not well stocked with pots/pans or dishes. Also, it needs maintenance and a deep clean.

We had a great stay at this Branson condo! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, close to all the attractions, restaurants, and entertainment Branson has to offer, making it easy to get around and enjoy our trip. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly answering any questions we had before and during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for basic accommodations, this place will be OK. The main thing that bothered us was the neighbors. (Which I know is out of their control). They smoked weed in their unit and this made the corridor wreak. And they were very noisy. Be aware the door does not lock when you enter. We do not know that because most locks lock after you enter the unit. One of the neighbors walked into our unit. The place could use a good deep cleaning, Dusty vents, mold in the toilet. The place was not put together. Mix-matched furniture, bleached out hand towels, holes in the doors, surfaces peeling off of dressers. I couldn’t get the microwave to work only to discover it was messed up and they replaced it with a tiny (barely fit a dinner plate) one on the countertop. Also make sure to bring your own shampoo, body wash, TP and paper towels. For a group of six they gave us two mini hotel sized shampoos, body wash, soap for a three night stay. One bedroom didn’t have a tv.

The condo was exactly as described. It was spacious and comfortable. The only suggestion that I have is that it could be possibly stocked a little better. There wasn’t even any hand soap except for two very tiny bars. Also, a new can opener in the kitchen is needed. The location of the property is excellent and we would definitely stay there again.

The host was extremely responsive and directions were clear. An issue that should be addressed are the couch and loveseat condition. Both pieces of furniture are extremely worn the loveseat makes cracking nose when sitting on. The couch has no cushion support making it difficult to get up and sit comfortably, especially for older adults.

We had a great stay with Grand Welcome! The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The place was great, exactly what we needed. I could have gave this 5 stars, but the large couch in the living room is worn out and I couldn't get out of the thing every time I said in it because she sink. So far down other than that, the place was amazing. Exactly what we needed. I would stay back here again, even with that couch. The price was right. And I cannot really say enough good things about this place. It was close to everything in Branson, we were within 10 minutes of most all attractions.

Had a great spring break with my family! The place was nice, clean and literally close to everything. We were only 10mins from Silver Dollar City and sooo many other attractions and restaurants. The area is very quiet and well kept. 10/10 recommend.

Our family of five stayed here for a weekend. It was clean and a nice location out of the traffic but not too far from anything. Highly recommend having breakfast at Steamy Joe Cafe just down the road!

The condo was a good size and matched the pictures. It was close to Silver Dollar City. Be aware that the parking fills up quickly and people will park on the grass. The walls are not sound proof and we could hear people coming and going in the stairwell. The dryer in the unit made a high pitched squealing noise and did not dry the clothes. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms did not work.
