Designed to feel like your home away from home, The Hogue Penthouse is a meticulously kept, and nothing short of a serene getaway. Explore the many surrounding attractions like Silver Dollar City, a 61-acre amusement park, which is a quick 5 minutes away.

The interior of this home is bright and modern, with furnishings that are both inviting and functional. The open concept space features comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day out, or enjoying a night in with movies on the large screen smart tv. Between the formal dining table with seating for 4 and the breakfast bar with additional seating for 3, there’s plenty of room for meals enjoyed at home. The spacious kitchen with its wide countertops and standard appliances also includes a toaster, coffee machine, and cookware for your convenience. Enjoy a covered balcony with outdoor furniture. There’s no better place to start the day with your morning coffee, share a meal, or unwind after a day of adventure.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and direct access to the balcony.

- This is a walk-up unit with no elevator requiring 18 Steps to reach the entry door
- 2 parking spaces available.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- A maximum number of 2 pets, lbs. 30 can be brought to this property. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet. Please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
- As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
- On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
- A pack ‘n play is available for guest use.
- A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
- The home has a second full bathroom off the living space.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

The Hogue Penthouse is located in StoneBridge Resort, a 3200-acre private golf community offering swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, walking trails, a catch and release lake, basketball court, volleyball court, and an onsite restaurant. In addition to the many resort amenities just outside your door, you’ll be 20 minutes from Table Rock Lake where you can enjoy world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and an inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This ideal location puts you within 12 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Overall, a beautiful and peaceful area. It's not surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Branson, if that is what you are looking for (but 20 minutes to downtown Branson and 9 minutes to Silver Dollar City). The host was exceptionally responsive--so fast EVERY TIME-- which I greatly appreciated. My only tiny critiques is I don't know how you would find a place for six guests to sleep (the maximum).

Our family enjoyed this home and location. We were close to some things nearby we had planned to do and some things were about a 20 minute scenic drive. The home was clean, and matched the description posted. I would recommend bringing additional bath towels if you plan to stay longer than a few days. Overall the AC worked well and the place had the basics of what we needed.

We had an amazing stay! This penthouse was absolutely perfect for our family of five with three small children. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials to cook meals, which made traveling with kids so much easier. The location was fantastic—only five minutes from Silver Dollar City, making it incredibly convenient for our family. Our kids absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub, and one of our favorite memories was spending an evening on the balcony playing cards together. It was such a relaxing place to unwind after busy days. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We had zero issues and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely adored this place and would have stayed long-term if it weren’t for my health. They had mistakenly listed it as a townhouse instead of a condo and we got it specifically for the purpose of it being a townhouse. I notified them that we would not be able to stay longer than one night and they went above and beyond rectify it. Even down to returning our long-term parking pass fee. If we had the capability to stay here, we absolutely would have. Would strongly recommend it to our friends.

Great stay! Would ask next time to keep lights off at entrance, because of bugs that came in as soon as the door opened. Also, made it look like someone was already there with all the lights on. Normally, this would be great. But arrival after dark it wasn’t. We never turned on the entrance lights the rest of the trip and had no issues with bugs after that. Not the property owners fault, just a tip for guests arriving after dark.

Hidden gem nestled in the mountains, close to everything! Clean, peaceful, private, and most comfortable condo: Five stars! Loved the community and friendly owners living around us. Parking was easy. We liked being on the top floor with only one flight of stairs: easy! The balcony was great overlooking the mountains. Hearing the faint echo of the train whistle when sitting outside on the spacious patio in the mornings was nostalgic. Literally 5 minutes to Silver Dollar City! So close to Indian Point on Tablerock Lake with great trails for people and pets: bring dog booties due to terrain. Some asphalt trails are a bit too coarse for most small to medium paws. Our dogs loved getting in the cold, spring fed lake water. We drove intro Branson multiple times with ease. Sight and Sound Theatre was great. Golf Club and restaurant on-site. Condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy eating in. We will be back!

The property was very nice. We took our younger kids to play on the playground beside the golf course-they had a great time there also. Easy to get into town and visit attractions. There are a number of rental folks in the community. One night a number of younger kids were having a party and playing music very loudly. The property management provided me with the contact information if I wanted to report the noise. It ended up dying down. Very good communication from the property management folks. Would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable stay that was conveniently located near all the Branson attractions. Loved that the condo is nestled in wooded hills of a gated community. Beautiful scenery and safe place to stay. Great for a couple or family of 4 or 6. High chair and pack and play available in the condo. Fully stocked kitchen for staying in if one wants to cook. We intended on making some of our own meals but the restaurants were so close by that we ate out. Highly recommend Billy Gail’s or Smokey Joe’s for breakfast or lunch. Get there before 8:30am or you may have to wait on a table. Loved the location and will come back!

We could have not been happier with our experience! We felt so comfortable and our kids are already asking to come back! Any questions we had literally got answered in minutes and the place was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
