Description

This home’s bright and modern interior features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wide countertops, and all the cookware you need for convenient food preparation at home. Seating for meals or simply hanging out can be found at the kitchen counter with 3 barstools and the dining table with 4 barstools.

Further inside, the living room is furnished with comfortable couch seating facing a smart tv. The space is well lit with natural light coming through large sliding glass doors. Head through the doors to enjoy an outdoor balcony with a cafe table overlooking the rolling hills and tree-filled views of Fall Creek Resort.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in 2 private bedrooms.

- Bedroom #1 is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. This room also has sliding glass doors which open directly onto the home’s spacious balcony.
- Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed and smart tv.

- This is a walk-down unit requiring you to take the stairs with 16 steps to reach the entry door.

This ideal location puts you within 20-25 minutes from downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.

This place is like a home away from home. So quiet. The location is perfect. The kitchen was modern and updated. The check in and out instructions were clear. Restaurants and attractions are very close. The host is super responsive. We had questions and at 11:45pm they responded in 5 minutes. The accommodations for extra night was a easy transition. The only down side was the cleaners they used left the floor unsweapt which the host offered to send them back out for cleaning. Apart from that I would highly recommend this place. You wont be disappointed

The place was beautiful and clean far enough away from the strip that it was peaceful but still close enough to where you're not driving out of your way to go do things parking was a little scarce but it was a busy weekend the host was wonderful to work with with any problem that came up we will most definitely be staying at this place again

The condo was perfect for our trip. It’s close enough to town to be a short drive, but far enough out to enjoy the scenery. Sitting outside on the balcony in the evening was very peaceful. The little Mexican restaurant at the entrance to condos was also a plus.

Overall, the condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a good location. We had a nice stay and appreciated that everything matched the listing.A couple of things could be improved for future guests. The bedrooms only had one nightstand, which made it a bit inconvenient, and there was no space to unpack or place suitcases. We ended up having to live out of our suitcases on the floor, which wasn’t ideal.In the main bedroom, darker or blackout curtains would make a big difference. The parking lot lights are very bright at night, and the current curtains don’t block much of that light, which made it harder to sleep.With a few small updates, this could be an even better place to stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

Great place to stay if you coming to Branson! This is the second time we have stayed in this area and have been very satisfied with both times! Close enough to everything but far enough out that you still get the peaceful atmosphere! Definitely kid friendly also!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for the event we were traveling for. My only complaint is that there were no dressers, drawers, or shelves of any kind in either bedroom to put your clothes. We used the bathroom vanity for some drawer space and bought extra hangars for the closets, and then left our suitcases open in the living room to access the rest of our clothing. Some drawers, even just nightstands with drawers would really have earned it 5 stars.

A nice clean little condo, it was great for my husband, 7 year old and myself for a long weekend. We enjoyed all the games in the living room. The beds were very comfortable! Small negatives, the neighbors on the other side of the master bedroom had tv playing loudly pretty much the entire 3 days we were there, all hours. Walls are thin so its very easy to hear. Recommendation- night stand in master bedroom, darker curtains in master.

It was nestled far enough away from the Branson main drag to feel quiet but close enough that everything was 15 minutes or less drive. Condo was clean and nice and the beds were comfy. Nothing really wrong, but I think for this price range we expected a little more, especially compared to other condos we've stayed at in Branson. You can tell it's been remodeled. But little things stood out like shower heads and handles and older kitchen cabinets painted. The place is really hard to find in the dark so try to find it before dark. But overall it's not bad and in a quiet neighborhood with good parking. Good location in Branson.

The condo was just what my grandson and I needed. Very comfortable. Not a condo with a view but we didn't stay inside but were on the go most of the time. It fit out bill just fine. Not too far from Hwy. 76...not far from Silver Dollar City and really convenient for us.
