The extended counter with barstools accommodates 3, and is perfect for sundown cocktails. The indoor dining area for 6 is made for hearty family meals.

- 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combos; 1 of them comes with a jetted tub.
- A washer/dryer is included.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
