The home features an open-concept floor plan, modern upgrades, a quiet backyard facing the greens, and a peaceful but convenient location.

Every inch of the condo has been maximized to the fullest. The open and airy layout allows for an organic flow between spaces. The living room highlights beams of natural light from the large sliding glass door that leads to the backyard. The room has ample seating with a sofa sleeper and a Smart TV. Steps away, the kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals from home. A spacious center island with 2 stools is ideal for extra prep space or casual dining. A farmhouse-style circular table is adjacent to the kitchen and provides seating for 4.

Take advantage of good weather by dining al fresco on the backyard patio. The peaceful backyard boasts a serene landscape of well-manicured greens.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Each space is outfitted with comfortable linens to ensure every guest has a restful stay.

- Bedroom #1 is an intimate suite with a King bed, Smart TV, and is open to the en-suite bathroom with 2-person jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
- Bedroom #2 offers a King bed with an attached en-suite. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- A parking pass is available for 2 vehicles in front of the unit
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This is a lower level walkdown unit with 16 steps required to reach the entrance door
- Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.

The home is located in the Holiday Hills Community, a gated condominium complex with an array of on-site amenities including; an 18-hole golf course, pro shop, clubhouse, recreation center with pool tables, arcade, fitness center, theatre, laundry, bocce ball, outdoor pool, and more!  Beyond community amenities, Holiday Ridge Escape is easily accessible from both the Branson and Springfield airports. The renowned 76 Country Music Blvd (The Strip) is under 9 miles away and offers music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 4 miles away and frequently hosts live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!

Very clean and neat! They give you all they say they will! Only 20ish so minutes from silver dollar city! Plenty of room for 4 adults and a 2 year old! Great eating places around! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Very quiet which we appreciated. Hosts were amazing and responded right away if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this home

This was our first time to Branson. This place came up with a good value. The condo was the perfect size for our family 2 adults and 1 teenager but could accommodate more. It offered a good family space and privacy. The location for us was good its not right in the middle of Branson but most activities were only about 10 miles away at most. The landing is only about 10 minutes. Our unit was on the ground level but you have to walk down the stairs to get to it from the parking area. The people above us had small kids that were a little noisy but thats what you expect with this type of place. Only negative thing there was a large amount of leaves surrounding the front door entrance that kept blowing into the unit. We reached out and sent pictures but nothing was ever done. We will stay here again when we come back.

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: About 15 minutes from Branson landing. Lots to do. Comfortable beds, enough cooking equipment, large jacuzzi tub. Hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had. Guidebook was electronic. Cons: Loud upstairs neighbors at 4 am, plus plumbing dripping sound, and a barking dog right outside our window. Amenities were not easy for us to see - pool, game room, etc. Overall: We would stay here again but on the top floor. 🙂

We visit Branson a couple times per year and always love staying in the Holiday Hills area. It’s close to everything but without all the traffic. This unit was perfect for our family. They had games for the kids to play. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean, WiFi worked good. They had smart TVs and so much random items that we would normally end up having to go buy such as sugar or salt and pepper. This place really checked all of our boxes.

The place was homey and comfortable with a nice view. We enjoyed our time there. The beds were pretty comfortable. It was ground floor, as I wanted, though, because the condo building is built on a hillside, it required going down stairs, which I didn’t expect. Though we didn’t need it, a great feature is that there is a pack & play bed for a toddler. The jacuzzi style tub was clean and worked well.

Haus ist gut gelegen, um Monets Garten in Giverny zu besuchen. Es liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Garten. Allerdings waren wir als Leute, die gerne kochen, mit der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Küche nicht ganz zufrieden. Nett war allerdings, dass Getränke zur Verfügung standen. Für ein paar Nächte war es in Ordnung.

The condo was nice however the listing says nothing about stairs and the condo appears to be ground level. You do have a set of stairs going down to the condo and we had someone with knee issues that this was a struggle for. Please update your listing so the next person won't have issues with them.

Property is beautiful and well-kept. Communication was excellent, respectful, and prompt. Several outside pools available that were very clean. We especially enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee on the patio. Very peaceful.

The first 2 nights the guests above us were loud, dragging things across the floor and stomping around until around 1:30 in the morning. We reported the issue and the owners were wonderful. We understood this isnt their fault. Other than that everything was great! It was nice to sit out on the patio enjoying morning coffee. Even had a family of deer graizing. It was clean, they had soft music playing for us when we arrived, and pkenty of supplies such as towels coffee, plates, etc. Its in a good location away from the busy hustle and bustle but close enough distance to everything. We would stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

Very clean, great sheets, nice selection of games, beautiful view from back patio, safe neighborhood, heating/cooling works well - able to set bedrooms to varied preferences, front bathroom sink and shower drain slowly, bathroom linoleum has small holes, not a perfect 5 place, but VERY adequate and comfortable.
