An Un-Fore-Gettable Time - Shared Pool & Near Lake

It was a family vacation with our two kids, and we all had a great time enjoying the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with a beautifully maintained golf course.

We have small kids and the house did not have all those Knick knacks and breakable things. Which was a BIG plus for us. It was set up great, all the kids slept on the second floor and adults slept in the rooms downstairs. Everything was just perfect for our family. Definitely will check it out again in the future!!!

It was a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable and the HVAC worked well. Those are usually my primary concerns. The kitchen was well provisioned and there was an abundance of games available. My only criticism is in regards to the cleanliness of the floors. Everything looked tidy upon entry, but after a few hours the soles of my socks were extremely dirty and my grandsons feet were black with dirt, or soot. We asked them to send in the cleaners the next day, and they were quick to respond. It appeared they did get some of the dirt removed. However, our socks and bare feet continued to collect black dirt/dust. Overall, an above average stay, but since one of grandsons is starting to crawl it made for a little anxiety about what he was picking up as he was on the floor. Their housekeeping needs to be upgraded or upbraided.

We very much enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and had some supplies that we weren't expecting such as box fans. That was a bonus because we had forgot our travel fan. The location was perfect as well. The loft room does not have a tv which we did not know until last minute. We were expecting every room to have one. We would absolutely stay at this location again. Overall property as listed. I would suggest good deep clean. The property is obviously stayed in often and although it was clean, I did notice some grime on walls, cupboards and baseboards, but not enough to distract from our stay! The washing machine could also benefit from a good clean and the addition of a broom and dust pan to the unit would be fantastic!I did not address any of these concerns with the host, because again none of these issues were serious enough to bother our stay, but if I had, I have no doubt they would've been addressed. Several text messages throughout our stay to ensure everything was going as expected! Would definitely stay again!

Condo was excellent. The facilities were great nice to be next to the water. The discounts to the Golf course are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay for friends on the golf trip and we hope to be able to stay here again for our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet with plenty of room for our family to spread out. It would be nice to have extra key cards for the gate as we traveled in separate cars.. We enjoyed walks by the lake.

Very nice condo with plenty of room for 6 adults. Very easy reservation and checking in and checking out system. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms as well. Would stay here again.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. It was exactly what we needed for a family of 7 adults. Host was good about checking to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Thank you, we will definitely stay again!

It was a no smoking, but it definitely smelled like smoke. There was a couple of places that had spatters on the wall. It was a nice place, but needed to be cleaned better.

The condo was very nice but too Smokey smell for us so our host gave us a full refund & we found another place to stay at the last minute. We really appreciated them working with us since we had several family members who had asthma & we’re not able to stay at all.
