Pool View Oasis with Community Amenities

The condo was nice, cute decor & clean. But, multiple items outdated and need of upgrading. Bed pillows, Sheets & Towels are the first items for regular guest use that need immediate replacement. All extremely worn. Bed pillows had slight odor. These items are pretty inexpensive & could be replaced easily. And in my opinion pillows should be replaced every month as some people sweat while sleeping. The refrigerator & Stove/Oven are in working order but very old. The kitchen was also missing some basic amenities - can open, scissors, and salt & pepper shakers. The deck furniture was old & in disrepair with slats in the chairs hanging off or missing.

Could be a little cleaner Beds a little uncomfortable not to bad. Plenty of seating not a super host but we were switched out of first reservation so may not have been listed as one. Over all very satisfied

My family absolutely loved this place! The condo was beautiful, the beds and couch were very comfortable. We loved that the pool and playground was super close and even the indoor pool was not far away by car. My husband took advantage of the round of golf and had a great experience. We will absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay, host was very responsive and gave check in instructions well in advance(but not so early you lose or forget them). We had one minor issue. that was not something that could have been prevented, and it was handled quickly by our host. Communication was open via a text message, which I loved, this was quicker than opening the app, then going to my messages in my app. Everything was there that we needed, minus a pizza cutter, but we made due and used a knife to cut pizzas instead. The balcony was peaceful and relaxing and one of the best parts of our stay. The couch is also super comfortable. Our only complaint was there was only cable in the bedrooms for the TV'S. This was fine for my husband and I, however my youngest was upset he could not watch cartoons at bed time. Such a minor complaint, there were still TV's in both bedrooms with cable readily available. Overall we had a wonderful stay and check out was a breeze, as well as check in. We would stay again!

Will definitely book again! Everything was above expectations! Roomy! Super Comfortable beds! Location was about 10 mins away from everything we planned for the trip! Full stocked home had everything we needed to cook dinner for the two nights we stay ! Little essentials we had to purchase but that was expected prefer it that way because we are picky when it comes to food! Kids loved the indoor pool only thing if your African American some of the guest gave us weird vibes . Few of them even left but overall it was ok our kids still showed respect and really enjoyed the he pool!

Our stay was not great. The beds were terrible. You sunk into them when you laid down. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. That was the worst part. Nobody getting quality sleep for 3 days. The kitchen had the oldest appliances I've ever seen, but they did work properly. We made coffee the first morning and it tasted like mold. We dumped it and bought a coffee each morning. Not sure if it was the k-cups they provided or the actual coffee maker. They only provided 3 k-cups for a 3 day stay for 2 adults. The pull out sofa is about 4 feet long and 3 feet wide, so if your're bigger than an average 8 year old, you can't sleep on it. There were 2 throw blankets for the pullout and that's it. The indoor pool had like 35 kids playing in it at all times, so we never used it. Grand Welcome was very responsive! That was the best part about our stay. I would never stay in that unit again, but maybe a different unit would be better. For the price, it wasn't worth it.

Reviews like this truly make us sad. You didn’t bring up any of your issues to our local team even though you had access to us 24/7. I’m sorry you didn’t like the mattresses, but people rave about them and how comfortable they are. The keurig pods, would have been an easy solution had you just let us know you needed more. Even though we tell all guests we provide a “starter pack” we would definitely would have sent you more. In terms of kids swimming, that is nothing we can control, and should not have swayed your review as it doesn’t represent the condo more our management.

Very cute & cozy air bnb close to what we wanted to do while in Branson. I will say it does need to be cleaned better. When I tried to give my son a bath a ton of black pieces came out of the tub faucet, I didn’t even try the jetted tub in the master since the jets looked pretty dirty. There is also no seasoning at all so bring salt & pepper at least if you plan to cook anything. Overall it is a cute air bnb but I wouldn’t have paid what I did for our stay in hindsight.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the place is very spacious. The appliances are a little outdated but wasn’t an issue for us.

The owners were very responsive and accommodating when I texted. My only complaint is the gate card didn’t work and the gate keeper seemed to get annoyed with having to let us in each time.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! We go yearly to Branson and would stay again here ! The beds were so comfy and the living room couch also ! The coffee maker stopped working first day, we reported it to property management and it was replaced the same day before we got back from our outing. The communication was excellent with property management, quick and efficient. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs, the smaller pool was steps away from our condo and we used it several nights after long days in town.

Great location close to everything within 15 minutes stayed 4 days and it was a good stay. Place was as described quiet setting and peaceful. Clean and had all of the amenities you needed. Excellent communication from start to finish. Would recommend!!!

Great property - We've stayed at Point Royale three times now and love the location and amenities! Check-in instructions were clear and check-out was just as easy. We did have trouble figuring out the sofa bed, so our 4th guest just had to sleep on it as a sofa, but it was big enough to make it work. Our only real issue was the cleanliness of the floors. We had to wear our shoes throughout our stay because our socks and bare feet were caked in dirt by the end of the day otherwise. Aside from that everything else was very clean and enjoyable!
