Welcome to Hillside Lodge, a beautiful condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with neutral decor and modern furnishings that are sure to please every guest.

Description

The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights ample seating, a Smart TV, and access to the balcony outside. The balcony with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings with a caffeinated brew in hand.

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps from the kitchen, a dining table seats 4. A high-top table and stools are adjacent to the dining area for more casual meals.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 3 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, and Smart TV.
Bedroom #2 highlights a Queen bed, and Smart TV.
Bedroom #3 is decked out with a King bed, and Smart TV.
There are 2 full shared bathrooms with a shower/tub combo and they are stocked to serve guests.

-This is a walk-in unit.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles.
- A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use
- If more space is what you are looking for, the unit below can be rented together. To rent both units look for Hillside Duo or contact Customer Care.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool located in the complex.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

Hillside Lodge is situated in the heart of Branson, 10-minutes from the famous Branson Strip with music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is 7.5 miles away and is a commonplace to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!

When we arrived the air was not working. I contacted them and they got it fixed with in an hour! There are few things in the condo that need attention there is paint peeling above the shower. One thing i would say is if you are older or a senior it is very hard to get off the couches due to the not having legs they are sitting on ground

Condo was exactly as described. Check in and out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Host was extremely responsive and welcoming. Finding a parking space was a difficult when arriving late in the evening. Overall we had very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The price, location and size of the unit were what we needed. However, the unit smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and you can hear everyone from all the other units in the building. (pets also allowed). The host did say they would have rectified the issues, but I am not sure what can be done about those issues. We had a great weekend anyway and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils we needed.

Actually, pets are not allowed in our unit, and smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the unit and near the premises. While we do not manage other units in the area, concerns like this can be raised with the HOA, as all guests are expected to respect one another. Had this been communicated to us earlier, we could have taken steps to assist.

It was easy to get to the property and get in. The owners had communicated well with us.Upon arrival we found that there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. Luckily we were staying just a short time, but had to live out of our suitcases. Some drawers, even if in the closets, would be helpful.Mostly clean. I did wipe up some spots on the floor which looked suspicious. Also, coffee maker took 20 min to brew and had flakes floating in it. I did let the manager know and they offered to bring another coffee maker for us. The unit is basically an apartment, so be aware of the thin walls and loud neighbors above and down the hall.Very convenient location.

The condo was nice and clean, but as soon as we walked in it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I contacted the rental company and they brought over some air freshener spray. But be aware if you are sensitive to smells it smells like old cigarette smoke. Also the people renting upstairs were extremely loud and were constantly stomping/walking. It was very loud

It was a very nice place, other than the fact that it was a little smoky. Definitely won’t be able to stay again due to my children being asthmatic & very affected by the smoke. But it only lightly smells of smoke. So it’s a great place if you’re not highly sensitive to the smoke. My husband couldn’t even smell it, to put it in perspective. Very clean, nice furniture. Overall good.

We arrived and were able to check in on time. When we walked in, all of the tvs had a picture of a fireplace and Christmas music playing…nice touch!! The accommodations were simple and very comfortable. The beds were firm but comfortable. The linens fresh. The bathrooms were spotless. The water pressure was ok. You could tell that it’s been lived in but…that’s exactly what we did for 3 great nights!! Check in and out instructions were very clear. We used the washer and dryer…convenient!! Thanks for a great stay and we WILL see you again!!

Everything about our stay was great! The house was spotless and perfectly located between the Branson Strip & Silver Dollar City. While parking became limited in the evenings, we managed to make it work. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was visually beautiful and clean. As far as location, it wasn't as close to the main strip as I normally like to be. My only issue was the noise factor and our neighbors being pretty loud each night when attempting to sleep.
