Foothills Tranquility - On-site Amenities Access

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks so we got to know it pretty well. Comfortable and accommodating. We were here in Branson visiting our son, daughter in law and Grandchildren so we had them over a lot and there is a lot of floor space for the kids to crawl and play. Beds are comfortable, lots of cleaning supplies and kitchen was pretty well stocked. There were a few issues but they were handled quickly and professionally. Very responsive management..friendly too. We utilized all the amenities and enjoyed our stay. Downstairs neighbors are super kind. We recommend this rental.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable space. Super clean. Very quiet. Easy to get to from the main Branson strip where entertainment is located. Only downfall was indoor pool and spa were not very clean but this is not the fault of the owner of this unit.

The condo was in a great location. We did not get to use any of the amenities due to our schedule, but we did see several families using the pool right outside the back door. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy. Overall, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

The unit is located in a nice area but watch out for red wasps! My 6 yr old niece was stung before we were even able to enter the upstairs unit when a swarm of wasps attacked from the corner of the walkway. We called the provided contact number to request help with the wasp issue. The custom service lady was very nice and apologetic and said that they would try to get it handled. Every time we exited our upstairs door, the wasps swarmed ...it took until the next afternoon after 3 phone calls to the same customer service lady(totally NOT her fault) before someone actually showed up to get rid of the wasps. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating in all areas and ample pillows on the beds. Our only issue inside was the hall bathroom door does not catch, so even if locked, it can be pushed open without even turning the handle.

Conveniently located near shopping and activities. I was a bit concerned when we pulled up because the grass around the building was really overgrown. Which might not be the fault of the owner of that particular unit. Nice size kitchen. My teen son who loves all things '90s loved the decor. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Towels were soft. Lots of countertop space in the larger bathroom for toiletries.

Exactly as described. Very clean and neat. Instructions to locate the unit were very precise. And we had no issues getting there or getting into the unit. Place was very comfortable. I had all the amenities needed to make us feel right at home.

The condo looked like the pictures, was a little darker than I thought it would be, the decorations are dark so made it feel cave like. Nice condo would stay there again.

Excellent location that had plenty of room for our family. We found it quiet and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. We made several meals while we were there. Only things we noticed was the floors needed vacuuming, tongs in the kitchen were broken and the reclining chairs on the couch didn’t work properly.

We where exactly satisfied with the cleanliness of our unit. We where also pleased with the location, we could go anywhere with in minutes avoiding the strip traffic. We will try and book this one again. The neighbors below where super sweet.

The location of this property was great. Close to everything but not right in the action. The property was quiet and listing was accurate. The beds were extremely soft and squeaky, so not super comfortable. Similarly, the sofa was not super comfortable. For a two night stay this property was adequate and we would recommend for those coming to the area to explore all the sights.

Contact with the property was excellent, I had a minor question to help me out right away. The place was very clean! The best part is it’s like centrally located in near everything you need. There was an indoor and an outdoor pool, the outdoor pool had not been opened yet, we came in the spring, but the fact that they had an indoor pool was amazing. Washer and dryer located inside the unit, absolutely love love that! Had all the basic things you need for the kitchen pots pans, knives, can opener, and there was even a little single pod unit coffee maker. The nice part was they had a couple coffee pods, a couple trash bags, a couple pods for the washing machine; so if you forgot you had time to go to the store. And there’s a grocery store right around the corner.The beds are super comfy, there was a nice big table for us to play games, and we love the balcony.

The location of this condo is perfect. The layout is very nice. The area rug is a tripping hazard because the end is curling up. It needs to be replaced. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice. Just a couple of minor things.

Quiet setting. Great location, central to attractions, dining, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool a lot. The indoor hot tub was a nice temperature but had an unusually high chlorine level, which seemed toxic, and we couldn’t use it. The chlorine burned our eyes and it was difficult to breathe. It was probably just treated but it was too strong and we had to exit right away. The condo was nice and spacious, especially the kitchen. The king bed was comfortable with the foam topper, but we wished we had our own pillows. There were plenty of pillows, but none were like our own. The ceiling fan in the king bedroom was nice for airflow but not on a remote, so I was up and down during the night to change settings. The sectional was a primary reason for selecting the condo since it looked like a great place to relax, but one end chair was broken and wouldn’t pop up or recline, and the recliner on the other end was also broken and wouldn’t raise correctly. When it did raise, it was stuck in the reclined position and wouldn’t push back down. It was awkward getting out of it. So not exactly as advertised. The edges of the large rug in the living area are curled up and a trip hazard and not very attractive. The living room carpet had a big stain, and wasn’t properly cleaned or vacuumed and I picked up someone’s hair on my socks. Three TV remotes are confusing. Overall we had a good stay, but the condo really needed a deep cleaning, especially the floors.

Nice condo unit on 2nd floor of building. Quiet location just minutes from the main Branson attractions. This place has the basic needs of a kitchen, two bedroom, two bath, living room, and a little patio overlooking to pool.

Terrific location. Everything was as advertised. The sauna, indoor pool and fitness center were perfect for the boys. The kitchen and living areas spacious and just right for nights in. Tech all worked great. Bring hand soap, one suggestion would be to add an ice cream scoop to the drawer
