We enjoyed this place. The space was quiet and private, but within easy walking distance of Central Gatlinburg. \n\nThe pool and hot tub were easy to access and use. We never had to share that space with anyone, which was great. \n\nThe fireplace and dishwasher worked well, the water in the shower was hot, there was coffee for the coffee maker and K-pods for the Keurig. This place was great!

We loved the location of this place, we would walk into downtown each day. The view on the balcony was nice and we were fans of the fireplace. We also seen a bear the first and last day of our trip, super cool! Would stay here again

Honest Review for 18 day stay. Place/Location: Place is extremely clean and has enough amenities for a long stay. The location is perfect and very walkable. Service: The company is quick to respond but is not very helpful if you have issues. I had internet issues from day 1 and gave me excuses and were terrible at coordinating service since theres only one key. Not even sure that someone came to look at it. I gave up getting it resolved after a few days and just used my hotspot. They were also unaware of exact laundry location and were unaware that the door had a code. Had to wait two days to get code from them and had to follow up bc they didn’t call me back right after they said they would same night. Ive stayed in this building twice before during same time and never had any issues. My honest opinion is this company doesn’t really know whats going on with their units. If you can, i recommend renting off someone that has a profile and is not a big company like this place.

The condo was exactly how it was described. Beautiful views around. Walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg which was child friendly, happening, and home to lots of activities. The host was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The place was great! The host was quick to respond and accommodated well! I booked the place for my friends birthday and the place was very comfy and clean to come and rest. If you’re an early bird and like to look at your surroundings, you’ll see bears strolling along through the wooded area! Overall, place was great and clean!

Very wonderful place to stay. Walking distance of about 12 min to the center of Gatlinburg. Check-in was easy and the host are very responsive. I will warn-the building sits on a hill so to walk up and down the steep hill was a pain but worth the work-out. Small parking spaces. Pool and hot tub was available unfortunately we did not have time to take a dip.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was exactly what it was listed as. It was walking distance to downtown gatlinburg and not to far of drive from pigeon Forge! The beds were a little uncomfortable but other than that everything was great!

The place we stayed was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, about a mile away. It was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again. But if your staying longer than we did...2 nights... It doesn't have a washer or dryer that we had seen. it does have a pool and hot tub.

My stay at this Airbnb in the Smoky Mountains over Christmas was nothing short of fantastic! The location was ideal—within walking distance to Downtown Gatlinburg, so we didn’t have to worry about paying for parking at all during our trip. The condo itself was cozy and well-appointed, making it a perfect home base for our holiday getaway. The host was incredibly responsive whenever we had any questions or needs, which added to the overall positive experience. We enjoyed exploring the charming shops and festive atmosphere of Gatlinburg, and it was so nice to return to a comfortable and welcoming space after a day of adventure. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holiday season. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay in Gatlinburg. Condo was as described. Very cozy & clean. Instructions to enter were clear and we had no issues accessing the condo. It was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to Parkway and trolley stops. We will be staying here again next time we visit the area!

Loved the location! We were able to walk to downtown gatlinburg to save money on parking there. We also saw two bears from our balcony (safe since we were above them and got to watch them.) We did give the host a few things to improve on and they are getting taken care of but we did enjoy our stay and would come back to this condo for future stays!

We have stayed multiple times in Gatlinburg but this was our first with our small family. There were no reviews for this stay, but we went off of reviews from other places they own. The location was great! Easy to get around and close to downtown and trails! Listed amenities were spot on. It seemed like this place just wasn’t ready for guests, yet. Still a few kinks and cleaning issues to work out. I did tell the owner and communication was great and said they’d tell their local team to look into it. Did not affect our actual stay but we expected a little more compared to other places we’ve stayed. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but when you’ve been running around all day, you just need a place to shower and sleep. Shower was always hot quickly and high pressure, which was nice in a larger building! Thanks so much!

The condo was clean and neat. And plenty big for our party of 4. Our biggest issue was finding the property. Google maps gave us another property altogether. Only after contacting a different property host (who was most definitely a help and most pleasant ) did we find the right building. Had the exact name of the building been given, we would have saved about a hour trying to find the correct place.

The space was perfect for my family. It could have used a few more minor “amenities” such as tissues and more than one pot holder to retrieve things out of the oven but, all-in-all really enjoyed it and had a lively time. The communication was very prompt and friendly. Would stay here again!!

Took us a good amount of time. It would have helped to know that it was Gatlinburg Towers. Both bathrooms in bedrooms so whoever slept on pull out couch at to enter a bedroom to shower or go to restroom. Very inconvenient.

The TV did not work due to Internet issues, and even if it had, it offered only free channels that will not be watched by most visitors. The WiFi was functional, but was so slow that it made basic tasks, other than just surfing the Web, very difficult if not impossible to accomplish. On the positive side, the unit is as advertised, the location is handy and quiet (bears appeared right in the back of the building more than once) and the hot tub worked and never had anyone there. So, a mixed bag for us on our trip.

The stay was good & the room was clean. The PTAC unit in the main living area does not work but we had decent weather so wasn’t a big deal. The hosts fees being more than the actual room fees seems a bit extreme & the fact they didn’t apply my one key cash to this was also frustrating.

It was a joy staying in the unit. Can I just say that the location was amazing, 10 minute walk to the center of everything. The condo was as pictured. Nice and clean and had the necessities. Would definitely recommend.

Property was clean, well stocked, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, trash bags, ect. Definitely has everything you would need. Each bedroom had seperate heating/cooling units which was a huge plus! Pool and hottub had too much chlorine, if you choose a condo in gatlinburg towers make sure you bring a seperate towel for the pool area and if its chilly, bring a bathing suit cover up! Parking was easy and plenty of room. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised by this rental. The location was good, even with the walk up the driveway. I was a little worried after navigating the entrance to the building. Hard to locate and not modern. However, that experience was not a true reflection of the quality and comfort of the stay. We saw lots of wild life including bears. I would return to the same unit. Only complaint and not really one - just wish there was a way to include a washer/dryer. Parking could possibly be tight during peak tines. Can’t comment on the pool and hot tub other than the area always looked clean. Overall I thought the property was kept nicely and our unit was clean and well stocked.
