Chic Condo for 4, w/Shared Pool Near Downtown!

My husband and I chose this condo for our honeymoon. The condo was cute and a great size for what we wanted while visiting. The overall stay was pleasant, and the condo was in a great location. We experienced a minor hiccup with the door code when we first arrived. The listing said keyless entry, but there was a lockbox that we needed assistance with. We were able to contact support and get the issue resolved quickly. The bathroom looked like it might have been in the middle of a minor repair in the shower. The water pressure was lower than expected but still adequate. The only other complaint was that the listing did not include information on all of the kitchen appliances that were available to us (there was a coffee pot (we were told there was only a keurig) and toaster oven that were not mentioned in the listing). There were pots, pans, and dishes but no silverware or cooking utensils. While this was not a major issue, it would have been nice to know up front so that we could have come prepared. Overall the location was great, and we got to see a bear visitor in the parking lot.

Condo was great! Love the access to downtown and the bed was so comfortable! Had everything we needed and the back balcony was a huge highlight. Close to downtown but still quiet and a good view. I would 100% stay here again. Only issue we had was with the back stairs, the door locks and we weren’t able to find where the code was or get ahold of the office when we were back there. Definitely make sure you understand how that works before relying on that way back up. We got stuck there for a bit until someone came out. Other than that was a phenomenal trip and we even saw a bear out back! Very cool

We stay at the Laurel Inn often in different condos, so we know the location well. Easily walkable to downtown. This place was okay. Maintenance could be a little better. Communication lacked a bit as it was mainly a generic AI response and we were locked out by the backstairs and apparently no one knows the code. We are good renters, we clean up and communicate well. The place was okay but it could’ve been cleaned a bit better.

Comfortable space with a great view and very close to downtown!! I loved being able to walk to the downtown area and be so close to all the attractions and restaurants. This Airbnb had everything we needed for the weekend for a great price!

Very close to down down and walkable, but the walk back is steep up hill, was very rough with the kids/stroller. But still very nice and close. Was truly only 10 min walk to main road but rough walk home with the big hill. Very cute place, nice balcony view of the pool etc. would stay here again

Cute little place, just enough room for two people. Location is great and it is possible to see a bear or two.

Short walk down the hill and you are in the heart of the strip. Great place to come back to for a little couch time and sleep then rinse and repeat for another day around town.

Small place within walking distance from downtown. Does not easily accommodate 4 people. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Cooking was challenging due to the lack of space and outlets. To give the host some credit they were very responsive.

I asked before I went if thete was an oven. My reply was "Not to worry, there is a microwave". Not the same. I took a small toaster oven with me only to find a table top oven upon arrival. The instructions I was given to get in were for a key pad. The door had a lock box not a key pad. It took awhile to figure it out. The lock on the door was old and rusty and was hard to operate. The largest stove top burner did not work. We had to call for assistance. He got it to work but the first time I attempted to use it, it stopped working again. I had to unplug the burner coil and plug it back in a few times to get it to work. It was a continusl problem. The walk to and from town was further than expected and difficult if you made purchases to have to carry back. Thete was a lot of bear activity around the condo. Each afternoon around dusk one or more bear would grace the parking lot. The condo was clean and comfortable and was well supplied.

This was a great place to stay while in Gatlinburg, everything was clean and just as pictured, check-in was easy and the host was very communicative during my stay. Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg or a drive into Pigeon Forge, or taking trips out to the many trails in the area.

We had a wonderful stay ! It was so clean, well decorated and perfectly peaceful. They gave us an early check in then previous mention. We also got a wonderful extension when we asked without any issues! Communication was responsive and helpful. Downtown strip is only 10-12 mins away walking distance! Pool was very nice and clean! Had mostly everything we needed. Great things about this Airbnb!

The place was wonderful, the view was great from our balcony and the location was great as it was right downtown. The kitchen is pretty tight so don't expext to be cooking big meals, but it's great for cooking small things, like food for a hike and whatnot. Very nice, would stay again.

Our stay at the condo was perfect! The unit was clean and came prepared with all the essentials you would need for a weekend trip to Gatlinburg. The hosts were very responsive and helped us to resolve a small issue with the wifi setup. The building itself is only a few minutes walk from the Parkway. Overall, a great place to stay.
