Chic Condo for 4 Near West End

The place feels like home, the host and team was wonderful. Clean and close to the Centennial park for outdoor activities. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks for hosting us.

Everything was great , host made it very easy to feel like I was getting everything I needed , parking was a little tight and shower was a little too tall but other than that was an amazing experience. If I’m ever in Nashville again definitely using this host again

While the loft was lovely and clean, located in a very convenient place, close to everything we wanted to do and see, the instructions were very unclear. First, we were never told the apartment number. I assumed the number based on the internet access code. Second, after getting in very late around 11:00, we parked under the building, but were unable to get in the elevator to get in. I called the “team number” to see if they could help but they could not. Not feeling very safe, I started walking around the building and it was then that I noticed the front door to the building and was able to finally get in. Third, the hallway smelled badly the entire time we were there, almost unbearable by the time we left. Lastly, the internet did not work. It was spotty ; sometimes it did, sometimes it didn’t.

Delaney is amazing host, great recommendations of restaurants nearby in a nicely organized binder. We were also next to Centennial Park which is a beautiful area to walk around. Great place overall, and a great vacation.

My first time in Nashville and this condo was close to everything.(Boardwalk, grand ole opry, Bridgestone arena). The condo was spacious and high ceilings. Large tvs in bedroom and living room. Well decorated and nice area. I look forward to booking my next Nashville trip with them.

This place was great. Check in took a minute because the code we were given didn’t work, but we called the hosts and they gave us a new one in no time. The apartment is super nice! One of the towels had a brown spot on it, and the comforter had a spot as well but overall the cleanliness was good. Only a ten minute drive from broadway and a seven minute drive from 12 South!

After driving 8 hours to get to Nashville, it was disappointing that the code for the lock provided for the condo did not work. It was quickly fixed by calling the agent. After that, everything was perfect! Beautiful place! Cozy & charming! Walkable to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt!

The condo itself was very nice. Looked like the pictures and was mostly clean. There were a few long hairs on the sheets when I first withdrew the blankets. The building had some issues. When we first parked the car we noticed broken glass on the ground making us a bit worried that cars were getting broken into. The next morning, as we were heading out another couple that was parked there had just found out that their truck was broken into and things stolen. So if you stay, don’t leave anything valuable in your car! Another issue with the building was the elevator…multiple times during our stay it was not working, while I don’t mind using the stairs, it was extremely inconvenient hauling all of our luggage down. When it was working, it was dirty and smelled like dog pee. Otherwise it was a great stay, just a short drive to Broadway, we had a lot of fun and were thankful for a cozy bed to crash into after our long days.

We loved every thing about this place! It was close by to everything we had planned for the weekend. Our favorite surprise was that it was walking distance to The Parthenon, which is a must! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fabulous condo that was very clean, easy accessible from garage to the unit. You don’t have to wait long for the elevator and it’s super quiet. The host responded well, and I left my Bluetooth speaker and host keeping was honest when they discovered it. There’s a lot of walking distance places including a Starbucks for my coffee addicts. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a safe and beautiful condo for my family and I for a quick trip to Nashville. It was a wonderful and cozy experience perfect for my stay during my time in Nashville for clinicals. Would most definitely recommend and book with this company again. The pictures honestly don’t do the place any justice.

Check-in was easy and directions and codes were received well in advance. The unit was nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything that you need. I like that the bathtub had a shower curtain versus the half plastic wall in some other units that I viewed. The bed was on the firm side so it might be nice to offer a topper for those who like a softer feel. The extra roll out bed was fine for my teenage son. Parking in the garage is a little tight but manageable with some practice. Overall a quiet location and close to Vanderbilt. We enjoyed it.

Loved our stay! The apartment is SO much bigger than I expected and Very nice. The bed was SO comfortable. Photos do not do justice to seeing it in person. Was very comfortable and quiet for my sons recovery from surgery Ceilings are high, neighborhood is very nice. (initially I was thinking it might be sketchy from outside photos but It is really cute and in a buisness area! (Felt super safe with my children.) Garage parking. Super convenient and no roads to cross/busy roads. One review stated of wifi issues, but we had our phones, Xbox, and my sons Steam Deck all connected and had no problems at all. Another stated AC being out...we stayed during a MAJOR heat wave with record breaking temps and stayed chilled the entire day. Extra towels are stored under the bathroom sink. A nice touch. Overall a 10/10 and I WILL stay here anytime i'm in the Nashville area. We enjoyed it so much better than any place we have stayed at downtown.

We visited Nashville for our daughter’s graduation from Vanderbilt, and also to spend time with her family. This condo is very close to both Centennial park and Vanderbilt University and convenient to a few restaurants, delis, and a drugstore…. It is also only about a two mile ride to downtown…. Also the garage offers off- street parking, very convenient.. The condo itself is spacious and offered us a quiet and peaceful setting for our downtime…. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat breakfasts and some lunches there with a fully equipped appliance package and even a washer and drier!! We will definitely book there again!

I stay here often on business. Perfect place next to Century Park and an easy ride downtown. Also, people stay here for their visit to Vanderbilt. I like the nice size kitchen and amenities. Perfect for a couple. Has an extra floor bed as well.

Everything truly was beautiful and well described. Only a few small things one being a suggestion would love to see a Keurig coffee machine to just buy pods and have easy clean up and less waste of coffee and mess. Second thing was we struggled quite a bit with the WiFi and connection which made it difficult to watch tv when there. Host was very communicative but resolution was spotty and had to keep rebooting router. This was our second stay at this location and would book again!

This is our third time staying in this location to visit our son at Vanderbilt. It is very convenient and within walking distance to Vanderbilt and Centennial Park. The condo was spotless and has great amenities. Will stay here again.

The place itself was good. Didnt really have any complaints about the actual unit other than we could have used more than 2 towels. Was clean and looked as it does in pics. Although this can happen anywhere, our car was broken into in the parking a garage on our last night, as well as a couple other vehicles. Broken windows and stuff stolen out of our vehicle… I messaged the direct number that was given to us by the owner but never heard back from them. Was kind of looking for some direction on what to do as we were 11 hours from home and were needing to leave. When I got home I messaged again, but through the app, and did get a reply. I know it’s not the owner’s fault for the break in, but just want people to beware and to not leave any valuables in vehicle. Seems like car break ins are an issue in the city right now after doing a quick Google search. Owners didn’t seem overly empathetic over the ordeal, but obviously get it’s not their fault. Empty your cars people! Lesson learned!

The condo was extremely nice and clean. We had plenty of space and they are very accommodating for anything you may need while staying. The A/C was out our first two nights which was our only complaint at all, they worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible though. They were quick to bring us any extra amenities we needed and always responded when we had questions. The location is great and has a nice parking area that is covered and well lit. I appreciated the security of the building and the quiet area.
