Woodburn Villa is located in Evanston, near Xavier University and convenient to many of Cincinnati's most popular neighborhoods and attractions.
The location is particularly convenient for Xavier University and Cintas Center, while Cincinnati Zoo, University of Cincinnati, OTR and downtown Cincinnati are all within easy reach.
You'll have a residential home base while still being close to the restaurants, sports, entertainment and attractions that bring visitors to Cincinnati.
We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours.
GETTING AROUND
One of the biggest advantages of Woodburn Villa is the ability to walk to Xavier University.
