What a great place to stay! Minutes from downtown Cincinnati and just a minute or two from stores and places to eat. Great view of downtown Cincinnati right from the back porch, beds are very comfortable, nice kitchen and plenty of space. Definitely recommend booking this home. Great host as well ! Will definitely book again in the future.

Positives: Excellent communication from host, great location to downtown Cincinnati made coming/going easy, parking for 2 vehicles, deck on back was nice for sitting in evenings, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good shower, all the amenities we needed (we did not cook; more coffee pods would have been better for 6 coffee drinkers), rooms were spacious, neighborhood was quiet. Could improve on some cleaning issues I addressed privately with host after our visit. Nothing that ruined our stay, but since some things have been addressed by at least one other guest (10/2025), fair to point out again. Overall, we were comfortable during our 2-night stay.

Driveway parking was perfect. Most places in area only offered street parking, we were in work truck and that makes it hard to park in those small spots. Matt was also very helpful and reached out to us several times to see if we needed anything.

Unfortunately, we were staying here due to a fire in our home. This was a great location for us. Only wish it was available for longer. Walking to market and restaurants on Elm St. was almost as nice as the view. Only negatives were issues with TV and light bulbs being out.

Accommodations were great. Location was centrally located to all of the greater Cincinnati area. Host was very helpful in answering all questions can providing all that was needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Cincinnati/ Northern Ky.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood on the KY side of the river. Great city views from the back deck (even watch the downtown fireworks). Rooms are spacious with updated amenities. Very clean and well maintained.

The location was great, and the house had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen could use a few more essentials, such as a teapot, extra pots, and a colander. The deck was a highlight—spacious with a lovely view of the city.It appeared to be an older house that had been partially renovated. Two original walls—one in the main-level bedroom and one in the kitchen—had been left untouched, which felt out of place and in need of finishing.The two neighboring houses looked abandoned, which made the first impression a bit unsettling. That said, the interior was clean, the price was reasonable, and overall we were satisfied. We were a family of four, but the space could easily accommodate at least two more guests.

We had a great stay! This is an old home that is clean and updated. The kitchen and back deck have beautiful views of Cincinnati! It was within walking distance for groceries, a great little coffee shop and park for the kids to play. A very quick drive into Cincinnati for activities. It's also convenient to other great spots in KY for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. The host was very responsive and checking in with us to make sure everything was great for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

An older house but loved it. Very clean house with a nice modern kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. We were 6 adults and we all really enjoyed our stay. The back porch in the evening was a wonderful way to end our days. If we return to Cincinnati, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Lovely spot to view the city of Cincinnati, Ohio yet just far enough to not deal with downtown traffic. Very close to restaurants and shops - highly recommend trying out Bee's BBQ OTR that's near by and to check out the store called Jungle Jim's (you won't be disappointed there). Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond. great stay for a big family.

the location of the property was close to Cincinnati downtown and in good conditions. the only details were that the mattresses could be more comfortable and some doors like bathroom door get stuck and needs a hard push to open/close.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Loved having the driveway for parking. We arrived two days after a huge snow storm. The host made sure the driveway and sidewalks were clean for our arrival. During our stay it snowed again and the snow removal team arrived early and promptly cleared the area again. Instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow. The host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend Ludlow Lodge to others and I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well suited to having small children in the place. There was a highchair and a playpen and a baby gate. The mattresses were all memory foam, which none of us were a fan, but we played musical beds until we each found a mattress of firmness that was tolerable and went with it. The host was communicative and friendly. The kitchen was sparsely equipped for those of us who cook from scratch, but luckily I brought most of my own equipment. I wish I had brought my own knives and skillet though,(The most important part!) the knives were standard dull things and the skillet was small and generic, non stick. No mixing bowls. (Maybe all these things will change, but it also seems common to not provide very nice kitchen equipment that is small enough it might walk out the door with a less honest guest)There was a blender, keurig, microwave and the stove was FANTASTIC. Filtered water from fridge door, though it was a very slow stream. It was cold and rainy so we spent no time on the deck, but of course we all admired it. The dining chairs were covered in fabric, so when we did art with the kids I slipped black trash bags over them to prevent the spread of the "art" The thermostat was available for fine tuning yourself, which of course our small children took advantage of this as well, unfortunately. The location is perfect for quick drives to so many things, which is why we chose it. We would consider returning!
