Arkstone Retreat 3 has a dining table seating 12. Arkstone Retreats 1 and 2 each have dining tables seating 4.

The property does not have one dining table seating all 20 guests.

LONGER STAYS
Longer reservations are welcome, subject to availability and booking requirements.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For property security, the building has 3 exterior Ring cameras:
• Camera 1: Mounted on the front exterior, monitoring the entrances to Apartments 1 and 2 and the adjacent street.
• Camera 2: Mounted on the side exterior, monitoring the side walkway.
• Camera 3: Mounted on the rear exterior, monitoring the parking area.
There are no interior security cameras.
