Most of the things previous guests mentioned had not been addressed (wobbly guard rails, loose flooring on stairs). The deck outside has many nails that really need hammered back down. Kitchen is equipped with the necessities and worked well enough. Some of the pots/pans/utensils could be replaced as theyre well worn. The area seemed decent enough and was close enough to walk to many shops, casino, and brewery. The furniture in the living room was not very comfortable, although it does look nice. It was a nice stay overall and we were happy for the price paid. Place needs just a bit more care in the maintenance department.

Would recommend. The location is an 8 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, host was very responsive and helpful. Location is perfect my only suggestion for guest is in the summer months have you a thermacell for the mosquitos. We brought one knowing we were going to be outside on the patio and it was clutch. Will rebook if the Bruhz ever come back!

This property worked nicely for a trip to Cincinnati for a long weekend. Parking was great. Proximity was very close to OTR district. Close proximity to a ton of bars and restaurants. Property was clean, air conditioner worked great, and enough space for us six adults. This whole property could use some maintenance. Paint and flooring is chipped, loose handles and knobs. Glass table outside table was cracked. The downstairs banister for the stairs was loose and wobbly, at the top of those stairs the flooring was also loose. Nothing that affected our stay but wear and tear here and there that keeps this from being a 5 star experience. Updates that could be made for future guests. Thanks for having us

Had an amazing experience at this place! I met up with a group of friends—some I hadn’t seen in years—to celebrate my 35th birthday, and it was the perfect setting for the occasion. This place is an excellent location that is walkable to all the downtown restaurants and bars. The property provides excellent accommodations for a large number of people. We had 8 people and we all felt comfortable. My only downside might be that the best eating area for a large number of people is on the back deck and is somewhat weather dependent. This is overall a very small complaint. I would definitely recommend for large families or small get-togethers!

There were a couple of issues but they were fixed promptly upon communicating with the team. The host was very responsive and friendly. It was a great, quiet stay and perfect for our group. As a note for future guests - there are two parking spots, but it will be much easier with 2 small cars. We had an SUV and a sedan and they wouldn't both fit.

We loved the location of this property! It felt private but was so close to everything we wanted to see or do! The restaurants nearby were amazing and my son and I enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood in the mornings and sitting out on the back deck in the evening.

Overall the process of checking the space was smooth and a lot of quick responses from manager. The picture showed a regular coffee machine but it was a Keurig. Also a chair had a metal pole sticking out of it so we couldn’t use that. We also couldn’t use downstairs tv because there wasn’t a remote. The management dropped one off, but it still wasn’t useable. Minimal kitchen amenities but overall clean enough. The beds were comfortable and the street noise was minimal.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There's a ton of space here and it's all beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The check out process is easy. The team communicated extremely well. And you can't beat the location. As other reviews have mentioned, the upstairs water pressure is a problem. The sink barely runs. There is no lock on the downstairs bedroom. The check-in instructions were vague. The code we were given was for the backdoor but that wasn't explained, so we were trying to get in the front door with no luck. But the team communicated well and were able to help us solve our issues. I'd give this an overall thumbs up.

Great location, clean and plenty of beds. Kitchen had everything we needed for a holiday meal. Plenty of towels and fresh linens. Walking distance to many restaurants and Findlay Market. Parking is tricky so don't show up with a full size SUV. Only a few minor issues...low water pressure, back door that leads to parking didn't have the code set up. Didn't bother management with the issues during our stay but he assured us they will be addressed. We'll definitely be back when in the area.

Overall, I had a great stay. It was clean, the home is beautifully decorated, the host was responsive and accommodating, he even got seasonings delivered to me. The beds upstairs are great as well. The only downsides for me were the location the home is not the best place in the snow due to the steep hill it sits on. I had the worst time getting to it (which isn’t really their fault, just something to take note of). Also the bottom floor bedrooms were really cold. I would stay here again, just in the summer and fall months instead. ❤️

This property was an easy walk to most of the downtown attractions and the streetcar. We had trouble with the lock code getting into the property, but had a quick response from the management. There were several things that could have used maintenance attention, such as the fence/gate being broken, the shower knob broken (although maintenance repaired it promptly when they came out to address the lock issue), loose railings on the stairs, light bulbs out, etc. These issues were minor and didn't affect our overall stay, but prevent me from comfortably giving a 5 star review. The bottom/basement level was significantly colder than the rest of the house and it would have been impossible to sleep down there if we needed to. I imagine that it would be nice a comfortable in the summer, but we were there in the cold and snow and it unbearable to be down there for longer than necessary. The upstairs beds were very comfortable though! The location was great for people wanting to explore the best of downtown Cincinnati on foot.

The home was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Every necessity was available and plenty of extra accommodations were on hand as well (showering toiletries, coffee pods, etc). I traveled with my four children (ranging in ages from 14-2) and it was the perfect setting for us. Getting to local attractions was easy, and it was fun to get back “home” and watch a movie together after a long day of adventuring. When planning to visit Cincinnati again, we will absolutely check for this rental. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Virtually no batteries in anything that needed them, the water upstairs didn’t work at all in the sink and the shower water was lack luster along with the shower handle just falling off. Musty smell all over clearly had water stains in the basement. Door code wanst programmed to all doors. Fence broken difficult to open and close.

Host was incredibly responsive and sent multiple messages during our stay to check in. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The third floor of the residence was extremely warm and some additional fans/ac unit would have been very helpful. While we appreciated the age and charm of the home, a few issues need to be addressed (the dryer desperately needs to be cleaned out or replaced. It the door kept opening and it took forever to get the load dried; also the upstairs bathroom sink barely trickled water at any time). Overall we had a good time in Cincinnati.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Cincinnati! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to downtown, restaurants, and attractions like Findlay Market and the Cincinnati Art Museum, yet still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. What really stood out was the host’s communication. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. When a minor Wi-Fi issue came up, they addressed it right away and had it fixed quickly, which I really appreciated since I was working remotely. Went for my bachelor trip. Stay was fine. Place was clean and in a great area. I would highly recommend not staying if you plan to be outside or have a fun time at the place. One minute after “quiet time” we got a call that we were being too loud. We proceeded to get called 7 more times through the weekend. We were just outside smoking cigs and having conversations. No music was played after the first time. They also constantly blow up your phone through your stay which was annoying. I’m giving them a 5 star cause we were just the wrong people for the spot. Would boom again for just a calm weekend with family or kids.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay for our 2-day guys baseball weekend! The house is well-maintained and accommodated; instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and easy. The location is fantastic for access to downtown Cincinnati, the Great American ballpark, and multiple local restaurants/bars. Great place to stay! Very helpful host! We did run into a few small issues, but the host was quick to respond and helpful. A few things to know - 1. About the stairs: the kitchen and living room and balcony are on the main floor - which from the parking area is up a flight of stairs. NO bathroom on this floor. No big deal but just something to know - you’ll need to go up or downstairs from the main area for the bathroom. 2. Layout notes: there are two bedrooms upstairs (king room) and a bathroom. Bottom floor also has two sleeping areas & bath. 1 is the room with the double bed and 2 is the bunk space. BOTH of these rooms have outside access doors. So, if you’re traveling with kids, know that the bunk room door is the door to the back patio. 3. Water pressure is NOT GREAT. Really needs to be improved in both baths and upstairs sink. 4. Kitchen is fine, not the most or least stocked. Bring all seasonings. 5. Great value for what you’re getting. Cute spot. We’d stay here again!

It's a very old building, so some of the issues we had may be unavoidable. This AirBnb got the job done. The renovations done were nice and the beds weren't uncomfortable. But the water pressure, especially in the upstairs bathroom was terrible. The water temp in the basement shower was either scalding hot or lukewarm, no in between. There is no bathroom on the main floor. The bedroom with the queen size bed in the basement should not have been a bedroom. The bed didn't really fit, and there was a clear gap you could see daylight through in the door that led to the front basement entrance. The floor in the basement was dirty and left those sleeping in the bunkbed room with black feet. There was no garbage can in the basement. The WiFi was not good. There is a smart TV in the bunkbed room, but you couldn't stream anything on it because of the WiFi. The neighborhood was close to downtown Cincy, but I would not recommend ladies walking around alone at night.

People are right about the water pressure - it is very weak. The place has a lot of space and you get a workout on the stairs. Our kids really enjoyed it. I would bring bluetooth headphones if you want to watch something after the kids go to bed as the bunk bed room doesn't have a door. We went out and bought some.

Overall we had a great trip and this place was lovely! Great location and we loved getting to know the neighborhood. One big downside was the dryer was broken. We really depended on having laundry facilities and washed ALL of our clothes except on our back. Dryer didn’t work and we had no clothes to wear home.

Great property that served us really well (2 couples and 4 kids) with plenty of space for everyone. Central location with easy access to the Riverfront, OTR, the zoo, and several nice parks. Loved staying at Grand’s place. We had a small issue with bathroom plumbing and the host was very responsive and immediately fixed it. Would stay here again. There’s street parking near the house which is convenient. Only once or twice we had to park a little far because we came late at night. Otherwise it’s easy to park.

This host and space met our groups needs. (6 friends in their 20s/30s). The host was very proactive and responsive in their communication. They sent clear and good instructions for check in and check out. They also worked with us to move up our check-in time! The space met our groups needs where we could all hangout in the living room, and go to our own space if we wanted some alone time. It’s in a great location to walk to bars, restaurants, shopping, and getting on the trolley if we wanted to go more downtown or to the Findlay Market. Overall great space!

We absolutely fell in love with the property and the neighborhood. We had one hiccup trying to access the property (totally my fault.) I was entering the code in the incorrect lock box. I called the number listed and got immediate assistance. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I really loved how we were provided with enough wash cloths to accommodate our entire family. Sounds small, but that’s a really big thing for me. Most importantly I felt very safe with my children being with me. We would definitely stay here again.

Fairly nice place near to the heart of OTR and fit our group well. The water pressure in the showers if both are run at the same time was not good. The parking was very confusing and we never ended up finding the "parking spot", but there was plenty of street parking nearby so was not a major issue. Definitely worth the price for the location and would likely rebook again!

Great place with comfortable sleeping for 2 families with kids. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants. Well appointed older home, few things need some work like kitchen cabinets missing handles, etc.. parking behind the house is spacious for one vehicle but accessed by small, steep alley making it little difficult to get to. Overall we loved the place and would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! Very kind and responsive hosts. The location was completely walkable to night life and restaurants but still felt safe at night. Very cute interior with modern features. Definitely a steal at this price, we’ll likely be back!

We were there for the weekend with family for an event. It’s our first time to Cincinnati and did not know the area. The neighborhood was charming and the house was comfortable. I loved that it had decor and accessories which made it feel homey. We had two families and the space was perfect for us. It is an old structure and if one has mobility issues, there are narrow and steep steps. I would totally recommend this home.

Home was spacious for 6 adults. We appreciated the parking in the rear and we enjoyed using the outdoor space too. The beds were very comfortable. Close proximity (less than a mile) to OTR, Findlay Market and the trolley car stops. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing all the wall/building murals. Check in was easy Our only negative feedback was the absence of a traditional coffee maker (home has a Keurig), only 3 wine glasses and that the upstairs water temperature & pressure was weak. A couple of us opted to shower in the basement instead which wasn't ideal with a larger group. We would consider staying here again.

Wonderful place to stay for a visit to Cincinnati. The house was large and well-equipped. The area was very nice and quiet, with restaurants and bars a close walk. Would recommend a stay here if you are coming to Ohio.
