Great centralized place for attractions in Kentucky and into Ohio. The host was quick and attentive to respond to questions, and we slept on some very comfortable beds. If we're in the area we would definitely stay again.

This home was beautifully put together and comfortable. The outside was quiet and peaceful and was relaxing. The entire family benefited from this get away. The spiders are biggggg if you're not a spider person but Matt was super helpful and willing to send some spray if we wanted. (They were outside, Im just a baby. Lol) We enjoyed the privacy in the basement where it was a serene bedroom. We appreciate Matt and his hospitality. Beds were comfortable. Water stayed hot. Pool was nice.

Our experience at this rental could have been better. We arrived to a house that apparently had lost power supplying the refrigerator, among other areas. It is hard to say when this occurred but on arrival there was a puddle on the kitchen floor just beneath the door's icemaker, and both the freezer and fridge were already warm. While the host was quick to respond, it took 6hrs to figure out how to get the power back. Going out to get more ice was not enough to save all our perishables.During the middle of our stay, plugging into the kitchen outlet tripped a breaker. Resetting circuits isn't something we expected to have to do, especially when it's not straightforward with multiple breaker box locations as well as a solar control box.The photos are incorrect in describing which rooms have the King beds vs full beds and sofas. It makes a difference as we were expecting to room kids together, not share a room with a kid because the sofa bed is in the room with the King.One bed had a mattress support made of black bars that were not assembled properly and were falling apart. I think it was bedroom #3. We fixed it ourselves and hopefully others won't have the same issue.The description says up to 10 people but when we arrived there were only 7 forks. Host was quick to have someone deliver more. While not a huge deal, along with the above mentioned problems, as a whole we got a vibe like the property was not adequately being checked for readiness.

This is a very nice rental with a pool. Clean and spacious for 6 people to stay. Convenient to many attractions and restaurants etc. Grocery stores in reasonable distance. Host was very helpful, parking is adequate for 2 cars. Only thing that would have been helpful is a binder or message sheet on the refrigerator to explain WiFi and rules for stay including what to do with bedding/towels, trash etc. {we had trouble with our personal email so had difficulties but the host was very helpful via text. We could have used baking pans for cooking meals in the oven. Some of the walls are scuffed up so could use some touch up paint. There is pool towels available which is very nice. The area under the deck was kind of messy with some broken things and tall weeds which was not a nice sight for the window looking out of the lower bedroom. The pool was very clean though and warm from the sunshine. Overall very nice renta.

Nice little house! We enjoyed the modern decor, and well-equipped kitchen and nice pool and deck area. A plus to have a larger space with the lower floor bedroom, which felt like a master suite. We appreciated the starter set of K-cups for the Keurig since we brought coffee for a brewer style coffee maker. The neighborhood was quiet and spacious. The hosts were very responsive, although we didn't need much correspondence because everything was well explained in the instructions. A suggested upgrade would be a TV on the lower level, but not a mandatory thing for a great stay! Very convenient location to hit a concert at Riverbend- only about a 30 min drive.

Amazing place! I had a group of 7 and the home felt very spacious. The downstairs was the perfect set up for the older kids and the kitchen/dining area fit us comfortably. The pool was such a bonus! It kept all the kiddos happy and busy during our time at the home. Neighborhood was calm and quiet. The host has great hospitality and was responsive and social from booking to checkout.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Gemstone property. Communication was excellent. Check in was flawless. The home was clean and had all the accommodations advertised. Our stay was relaxed and fun. This was the perfect home and location for a family visiting the Walton area. 10/10 recommend.

The house was as described and we enjoyed the pool on the hot summer nights. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We did have 2 issues though. First was the home was not ready for us at check in time. We had to wait outside while the cleaning crew finished up. Second, the air conditioner went out our first night there. I messaged the management about it at 8AM. We were promised their technician would be out early afternoon to fix it. That did not happen. After several messages at 3PM, 5pm, and 6PM, we were going to leave and find somewhere else to stay. It was approaching 90 degrees in the home. The maintenance tech showed up as we were preparing to leave. It was terrible service considering it was 96 degrees that day and we were not offered any compensation for the issue.

The house was perfect for us. The location was perfect. It was pretty much the mid point between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. My son loved the pool, and the rest of us loved the deck area to lounge around.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The home was easy to find and in an excellent location for what brought us to the area. We spent our week visiting the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter, and this property was perfectly situated for both. The pool was an amazing perk and a huge hit with our family. It gave the kids a chance to unwind after long days of sightseeing and added a lot to our overall experience. The communication from the hosts was outstanding. Anytime we had an issue or concern, it was addressed immediately. We had quite a bit of rain during our week-long stay, and after a few days we noticed some green growth starting in the pool. The hosts had someone out very quickly to clean it and add chlorine, which we really appreciated. There were a few minor downsides. While the house was generally clean, it wasn’t spotless. We noticed what appeared to be ketchup or barbecue sauce on some of the dining room decorations, and there was q

Very clean & communication was great! We would have enjoyed televisions in master bedroom. Location was great for our trip to Ark Encounter & Creation museum. We found one of the bar stools broken & ice door dispenser did not work, we conveyed to Matt. He offered to send repair person, however, we opted to complete stay without since was just a weekend. Home is nice size for family.

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. The Ark and the Creation Museum were easily accessible from this location. The bedrooms were nice and quiet and accommodated 5 adults and two young children very comfortably. We especially enjoyed the pool and deck area. The kitchen offered adequate space.

Is not bad it’s in a nice little neighborhood but the reviews seem like there not of the same house because in one of them it says there a gas station across the street but there’s not but it’s a nice place a lot of rules like can’t use the garage it would be nice if it said that in there description and the out side looks a little run down but there’s more good then bad for the price per night your not gonna find a house with this much space and a pool but it was clean and we would stay here again

awesome location the 2 four year old nieces enjoyed the pool. we visited the Newport Aquarium and the Cincinnati Zoo from this location the location was far enough away from the city for peace and quite but close enough for an easy commute.

This location was exactly what we wanted & the hose was very responsive. There are steep stairs inside that were difficult for my grandparents, so it’s probably not where you want to stay with older family. The living room area is small and not a lot of seating. If you wanted to hang out inside all day during cold months with a large group, then it’s not ideal for that. We had several things planned and spent most of our time out doing things, so it was totally fine for us. A large group would be fun during the summer with the pool and very large deck outside. It was extremely clean and the host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs. I would totally recommend it to friends!

We had a rain day in Florence, a day at the Ark, and a day in Lawrenceburg IN snowtubing. Location was perfect! The house fit us comfortably and the king bed downstairs was so comfortable! We got there and didn’t have dish soap or potholders. I text the number given to me and Immediately they ordered some and had them delivered within a few hours. That’s customer service.

We had a great trip and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nice, large dining table for meals and games and lots of counter space in the kitchen. Downside for us was that the "master" bedroom with an attached bathroom was in the lower level of the split level home. This room is colder than the rest of the house so that I could not put my parents in there as I had planned. They slept upstairs and shared a bathroom with my 2 teenage boys. It worked out since there were extra blankets, but you need to like a cool bedroom to be comfortable in the lower level King bedroom.
