The Desert Princess Country Club amenities are all available to guests: 27-hole championship golf course, recreation and fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, racquetball, pickleball, bocce ball, full-service spa with sauna and hot tub, and over 30 pools throughout the community. ☀️ Summer guests love the abundant pools and early morning golf tee times. The patio becomes your outdoor living room with mountain views and desert breezes. Year-round sunshine makes every season feel like peak season here.
1. No excessive or unnecessary noise is permitted at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, boisterous conduct, pets, televisions, power tools, radios, loudspeakers, or any musical devices. Common courtesy shall be observed at all times with respect to other residents and guests. Regulations require quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
2. No radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disc player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used as a vacation rental. Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the vacation rental at all times.
3. All use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activity that creates noise between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. is prohibited.
4. A list of names of all occupants of the rental unit must be supplied before check-in
5. A list of all vehicle information and license plate numbers of the responsible person (renter), occupants and guests.
6. All persons using the pools do so at their own risk.
7. Pool and spa hours are from 7:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. only
8. No children under the age of fourteen (14) are permitted in the pool areas without adult supervision.
