Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and balcony.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and balcony.
The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
• A maximum of 2 total cats or dogs are allowed. Dogs must be on a leash outside.
• Please note that during the offseason months a boat lift is stored along the shoreline.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
