Three full bedrooms provide your group with plenty of space to spread out, while cozy living areas bring you back together for the moments that matter most. The living room is bathed in natural light and provides plush sofa and armchair seating with a large smart TV to binge all your favorite shows and movies. A spacious, fully stocked kitchen with standard appliances and cookware gives the option for group meal prep with included island with seating for 2. Take your well-earned meal to the high-top dining room table with stool seating for 4.
Outdoors, kick your feet up on the patio with included grill or at the nearby firepit, perfect to gather around during those chillier months.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed enclosed behind elegant French doors.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and plentiful windows.
Bedroom #3 includes 4 full size beds in bunk format.
The home also includes 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. The first floor bathroom features a vanity with shower/tub combo, and the second floor bathroom has a single vanity with walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
