It is the perfect space for an alfresco barbecue dinner under the patio string lights.
Past the living room, is a dining table area with luxurious leather chairs. There is a printer and a monitor in the dining area cabinets for those working from home.
Off the kitchen, a small patio with sliding doors offers a connection with the neighborhood dog walkers and joggers as you sip your morning coffee. Later in the day, the well equipped kitchen could inspire you to make a simple pasta or assemble a delicious selection of deli tapas for dinner.
