• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be located in the home upon arrival.
• In accordance with HOA regulations, access to the community docks is restricted to Owners Only.
• HOA does not allow trailers on the premises. Reach out for details on trailer parking options.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring flood light security camera, located near the front door and actively monitoring the stairs and front entrance.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
