This private home has every feature necessary for an unforgettable trip to Fort Lauderdale including a private pool, a location 5 miles from the beach, and a waterfront setting just off North Fork New River which flows all the way to the ocean.
From the beaches to the events and arts in Fort Lauderdale, there is much nearby to explore. But the backyard oasis is beautiful enough to inspire relaxing days at home. Palm trees and other Florida foliage line the pool area, creating a private space for your enjoyment. In addition to refreshing swims, this space is also ideal for having your morning coffee or poolside snacks from shaded seating.

The backyard has a newly surfaced patio with new furniture, pool, and grill.

Inside, the living area offers ample seating and a smart tv for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The open concept flows right into the kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. Conveniently prepare meals at home to share at the dining table with seating for 4.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed.

The home has an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.
3 parking spaces are available in the driveway.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Boat Dock: There is dock space for a boat to be tied up behind the boat lift up to 25ft. Guests are asked to bring their own lines and fenders to dock their boat. The boat lift is for owner use only, please do not board the owner's boat or use the lift controls.

Ft. Lauderdale is known for its famous beaches with 24 miles of golden sandy shores. The beaches alone offer enough of a reason to visit, but that’s really just the beginning. Greater Fort Lauderdale has 300 miles of inner waterways, leading to the nickname of ‘Venice of America’ and fun activities like gondola rides and water taxis. Along Las Olas Boulevard, explore shopping, dining, and the historic districts, or take a walk down Fort Lauderdale's landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and paved brick path. Day trips are a great idea with nearby destinations like Everglades National Park (80 minutes) and Miami (60 minutes).

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. There are an unexplained sewage and/or old garbage smell the moment you entered the home and every single, subsequent day of the stay. Our family searched the entire interior of the home and couldn't locate the source of the awful odor. We notified the host property management company and it took two hours and a second emergency call to get a response and a dispatch of the property mgmt team. Upon arrival, he was very apologetic for the delay and searched both the interior and exterior of the property (he also could not identify the source of the sewage like odor). He provided deodorizing agents to mask the smell, but it persisted throughout the entire trip. My family and I opted to keep the back door open as much as possible and to continuously wipe countertops and spray the home with Lysol disinfectant to make the air more tolerable. We chose to only stay inside the property minimally, but unfortunately were always greeted by the odor upon daily return. It was the only, albeit, significant downside to the property; every other aspect was otherwise clean and a great space overall. I do recommend they definitely find the source of that extremely, unpleasant sewage odor and update the property's guest welcome binder to include an updated local phone number for the on-site property manager (to ensure faster guest resolutions, such as, the sewage odor and pergola external light control location) prior to the next guest reservation.

We loved staying here! House very clean and well cared for. Close to restaurants, stores, coffee, beach and airport. Bedrooms comfortable. Great AC! It was super hot the week we stayed. Loved the pool and big windows. We didnt cook but but kitchen well equipped. Will 100% book again!!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and the amenities were terrific… having a pool was amazing and the canal access was a plus. The kids fished in the canal (thanks to the fishing poles provided by the host)… they both caught several fish, definitely a trip highlight. The house had a well laid out kitchen and laundry room… and there were tv’s in all the rooms, a nice bonus. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, family friendly house in Ft. We stayed for the 2025 Karate Nationals and this house was amazing for us. It had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The house was very clean with sufficient supplies and items available for use. We did purchase and leave a few items we thought would be useful for others in the future. The backyard has a beautiful view of the canal and gave us plenty of room to workout, relax, enjoy the immaculate pool, and outside areas. Neighbors are friendly in the area as well which makes for a nice stay. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. The split fan units in the bedrooms and kitchen are a genius idea as it does get very warm but they ensured we were quite comfortable inside without having to run the AC too low. Loved the bathrooms and walk in showers too. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area and it meets our needs.

This property was lovely! It is very well-maintained and was impeccably clean! The pool and deck area were great! We cooked several meals and the kitchen was nicely stocked with most items that were needed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and centrally located so it was easy to get to about anywhere we wanted to go. The property management company staff were easy to work with and were responsive any time I reached out and messaged to check that all was well a couple times during our stay. We would definitely return!

We stayed at the house for 4 nights in late April. The home was very clean and the bedrooms were all very adequate with comfortable beds and setup. Great for a family of 5. My sons thouroughly enjoyed fishing in the backyard canal and even managed to catch a few small fish. The laundry room is a very nice feature and we made use of it. Close to I-95 so if you want to make some day trips that will save you some time. The kitchen could use some extra supplies for cooking (more pots, pans, utensils, water strainer, etc.).

We loved how clean and pretty the VRBO was for our girls trip. The pool was not enclosed as they renovated it before we arrived but it was beautiful and a great place to hang out during the day. They checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was going well which I appreciated. We would definitely book again.
