This home sleeps 4 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury linens for sound nights of sleep, and picturesque windows bring the vibrant colors of Florida foliage right into your space.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and ensuite access to the home’s bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed.

This location is great! Walkable to anywhere on Atlantic Ave and also walkable to the beach. Beds were good, shower/water pressure was good, coffee pods were good, bring your own soaps and shampoos. Tiny miscommunication regarding checkout but it was resolved without issue. Would stay here again!

Location, location, location! We walked to Atlantic Ave daily and drove a few miles to grocery store, shopping, etc. Also a very comfy king size bed! We loved everything about Delray Beach and will definitely be back!

This location was prime, but the house lacked in a few areas. It was super humid in the home: towels felt wet. The floors were very dirty so we had to wear shoes inside the entire time. The water pressure in the sink was non existent which made cooking/cleaning dishes very hard. The beds were super comfortable!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern, super modern und komfortabel. Die Nachbarschaft in der Swinton Ave ist sehr schön und nah an der Atlantic Ave gelegen. Somit sind gute Restaurants und Shops in 5 bis 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Great little bungalow nestled in the heart of Delray. The house was super clean, had enough amenities to make it feel like home, was far enough away from the main strip that it was quiet yet was quiet not a couple minutes walk away. A small family, two couples or a couple of friends would feel very comfortable here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property—it's a beautiful and comfortable space that's clearly well cared for. The location and overall atmosphere were excellent, making it a great spot to relax and unwind in the afternoons.However, one area that could use improvement is the technology. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent throughout our stay, going in and out regularly, which made it difficult to work in the mornings as we had planned. The TV also responded slowly, which was a minor inconvenience but noticeable. While we appreciated that someone came out to check the connection, unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved.With a simple upgrade to the Wi-Fi hardware, this rental could truly be exceptional. We would love to return once the tech side matches the quality of everything else!

Great location, very clean and a lot of towels! Water pressure in the bathroom was great and that’s important to us. Only thing we had an issue with was a broken water dispenser from the fridge so we ended up buying gallons of water. Communication was delayed but overall worked out. Thank you and will come back if we visit again.

This place exceeded my expectations. It is spacious, modern and the kitchen is fully equipped (it even had parchment paper). The only thing missing was a kettle but it did have a coffee maker. The private outdoor grill was a real bonus. The place matched the pictures and the host was responsive and flexible and let me check out late which I appreciated. The neighbourhood is very quite, clean and safe and atlantic ave is only a few blocks away. The wifi was perfect. One thing to know - when entering the door code which locks or unlocks a deadbolt, you need to press on the door firmly so that the bolt slot aligns with the bolt ss the code is entered. Two suggestions : most of the lightbulbs are a harsh white and it would help if warmer type lightbulbs were used. Also, all walls everywhere are white and while some effort was made to add color pictures (which were nice and helped) jn some spots more could be done (especially the living room which is bare). I would definetely book again.

Had no propane for our BBQ, also had problems checking in. I requested early check in and the gentleman told me to contact him 24 hours before so I did, he didn't answer me. Then the day we get there check in was at 4 so I contacted him little bit earlier in the day asking if the 3pm is available and he then told me there will be an up charge(even tho days before he told me it was free). 4:00 came and we received a text message saying check in was gonna be a little bit later. They were running behind, but we were more than welcome to drop off our bags. We went to the house and couldn't enter the house to drop off our stuff. It was 4:15 and the house keepers weren't even there and the house wasn't even started to be cleaned. We contacted the company and they had nothing to say to us just pretty much that the house keepers were running late. They finally showed up and clean the house in the matter of 10 minutes. Overall house was beautiful but needs better checkin and cleaning

We enjoyed our stay. Saturday night parking spaces were hijacked with non-guests with New York plates. Cut us off aggressively while trying to park. Wi-Fi instructions were during check in were inaccurate. Note on fridge had correct password but didn't read that until last day. Thus, phones on chargers quite a bit during stay. Positive note, clean, safe and comfortable. Need to watch the weekend downtown crowd stealing your parking spaces intended for your guests.

We had an amazing visit to Delray Beach, and this rental was exactly what we were looking for... short walk to Atlantic Ave., quiet street, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to just hang out. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. With 2 kids living in South Florida now, we will definitely back. Hopefully this property will be available when we need it, so I shouldn't recommend it... but I have to give it a 10/10! Thank you for a lovely stay!
