Well-kept property, conveniently located near Tampa and the airport. Great accommodations - updated bathrooms, comfy beds. One item is the pool could be updated; but it was still great for our needs. Lots of pool toys which the kids enjoyed. Overall, accurately described and pictured; perfect for what we needed.

Great stay for our crew. We had four guys in Tampa for the week, and the location was perfect, very close to the job site, which made everything easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our needs. Communication was smooth and there were no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and feels spacious and comfortable for a family up to 6. The kitchen and storage space (especially the extra pantry next to the fridge) were fantastic and made it easy to organize groceries during our stay. The closets are also very spacious, which was a great bonus. The host was very proactive and communicative—she let us know ahead of time about a few minor sugar ants and quickly sent pest control. While they didn’t fully disappear, they were very minimal and not disruptive at all. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach bags, chairs, and a cooler, which were perfect for our swim meet. The drying rack was also helpful since the laundry isn’t in the main house. A few small suggestions would be to stock a bit more of the basics for longer stays (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher pods), add a TV in the primary bedroom.

Nice clean place with a nice pool! The kids pool toys were a nice touch for our toddler. Not much water pressure if that’s important to you, but overall we had a nice time. Not much to walk to, but not too far of a drive to other places

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home it fit all of our accommodations and it was really clean and Felt like home. One of the best things about this place was the pool. Overall a great location, we were visiting our son at AFB, which is just a few turns away, we hoped over to clearwater with ease and anything you need is close by!! I will say it was extremely hot out so we didnt get to enjoy the pool as much but it has all you need!! Laundry was great and most important the beds were really comfy, which is rare! Host were extremely kind and helpful! We will return!

Our first family vacation was a success! We were there to visit my husband who works in Tampa and the house was conveniently located to everything we needed! The house has super cute vibes! AC worked great ( important to us) and there were LOTS of towels!! Kitchen and laundry were essential having our 3 and 4 year old with us. The pool was the star of the show. If we were home, the kids were in it! We had a great time and felt right at home. Would definitely stay there again and recommend!

The location was perfect for the graduation of our valedictorian granddaughter at Robinson high school. The communications with the owners was thorough and timely. The property was impeccably clean. Sun Bay Getaway was the perfect spot for our birthday weekend with friends! The house was beautifully designed, well-maintained, and stocked with every amenity we could have needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we especially loved spending time by the pool! The location was perfect for us! Just a quick ride to enjoy a night out at the bars in either St. Pete or Tampa. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to consider adding citronella candles or tiki torches near the pool area, as the mosquitoes were pretty pesky at times. That said, it didn’t take away from the amazing experience we had. We’d absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a great time. It was a relaxing stay, the neighborhood was calm. It was a good size home for my family of six. We really enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean and there were no bugs in the house. Everything worked fine. We had a minor situation when we locked our selves out of the laundry room, but she helped us resolve the problem right away. We had lots of fun and we’ll definitely be back.

Close to MacDill AFB, for conference meetings and easy to access the main gate in the mornings. The home is in a quiet off the beat'n path location so no road noise or anything like that. Nice big backyard and pool, hope to be back in the summer to stay again. Home layout is nice, open floor plan, nice kitchen and appliances. The parking is small if there's more than one vehicle, but we only had a large pickup truck so no issues. Clean and comfortable place, hopefully be back again. Thank you, DM
