This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a twin size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bathroom has a separate shower so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a TV, and balcony access.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- The community is equipped with security cameras in both the lobby and corridors, ensuring comprehensive monitoring. However, there are no cameras installed within individual property units themselves.
- This home includes resort fees that will need to be paid upon check-in:
- Security deposit hold of $250 per stay.
- Daily resort fee of $40 + tax
- ONLY PARKING VALET WITH FEES. Valet rates:
- 3 hours at $20 + 8 dollars every extra hour
- 1-7 days at $35.00 + tax per day
- 8 days at $30.00 + tax per day
- Monthly rate of $650.00 + tax
- Valet parking for a second vehicle is available for an additional fee.

- Friday and Saturday movies for kids and Saturday and Sunday yoga for adults are included for no additional charge.
- Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach.
- Wrist Bands provided by the Hyde Resort need to be worn by all guests while using the Hyde Resort amenities.

POOL RULES: Towels must remain in the pool area. No running, no ball playing, no roller skating allowed in the pool deck. Proper bathing attire required in swimming pools / Jacuzzi. No toys are allowed in or around the edge of the pool. Only flotation devices allowed are arm floats. No outside food or beverages are allowed. No glass is allowed around the pool deck. No personal audio devices. No pets may be brought into the pool areas. No lifeguard on duty. Pregnant women, people with health problems and people consuming alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use spa pools without consulting a doctor. Children under 12 years old are not allowed without parent supervision.
All those who do not comply will be removed from the property.
